The building is a little run down but this location is quick and my food has been hot consistently in the past few months. Service overall is great. Sometimes sound a little moody but as nice as you'd expect at a fast restaurant, far better than the McDonald's in the area.
Yes have it your way I really love burger King hamburgers to me they taste like grilled burgers, there shakes when they have them are good and I love all there breakfast sandwiches 🥪 great place to take the whole family.
The food and as any other burger king , but very slow service. The workers were more into their personal conversations than the customers at the counter. Long wait to get their attention.
First I want to say that the staff at this location is very nice and kind. Always very pleasant. This location just did away with the $6 meal deal which offered you 3 different sandwich choices, 4 piece nuggets, fries, and a drink. Very good deal. Seems to be the only location that has done this and it is such a shame. They don't offer any meal deals now. Bring back the meal deal! I
Closed the store early, waited in line for a few minutes and got to window and says that she closed 10 mins before closing
Not only have y'all screwed up my order many many times.. since Burger King doesn't allow special instructions on doordash.. I needed to call the restaurant.. to make sure they gave me American cheese and not Swiss.. because I am incredibly allergic to Swiss cheese. I called at least four times and no one answered. I contacted doordash who tried to contact you guys but the numbers they had was not in service. Basically... I was forced to throw away $17 meal away.. because y'all can't answer a phone and y'all don't have a correct number listed for doordash to contact you. What's really unfair.. is I wasn't able to get a proper refund.. because I Dasher had been chosen.. they only offered me $1.28. Just cuz y'all can't answer her phone or keep your numbers correct on doordash
Tried to overcharge me for my meal by over $6 then shut the drive-thru window in my face when I tried to explain what the charge should be.
If I would give half a star i would. The people working there are sooo rude. All establishments be it original nor franchise should offer if not 100 atleast 90% of the regulations/ customer service. I just drove to the drive through asked for the 2 for 10 special asked for large fries instead of small and milk instead of soda which i have been doing since the promotion started and i was charged extra which i don't mind. The lady taking my order said no it's not possible and that no other Burher king does that. I told her it is possible and that i do have a receipt proving so. The manager took the receipt looked at it and said. Well we don't do that here and you can go back to the same store you got it . She had the ordasity to look me in the eyes and tell me that and walked way. I didn't get anything i just drove off. Never going back there.
