Went in this past Saturday and there were only a few employees but they were polite and This was the BEST hot well made fast food burger I have had in quite some time. HATS OFF! THANK YALL SO MUCH FOR CARING.
I love our hometown Burger King in Eunice, Louisiana. When we drive up to the speakers to place our order, the guy that takes the orders, knows what we want to order, before we even tell him, (I guess we eat too much fast food). The BK burgers are so delicious!
They always out of stuff . They make you wait to order like they can only do one customer at a time

I usually don't have a pleasant experience here but this young man running the front and drive through window by his self made my experience here much better he was friendly and confident in his work of I could give this man 100000000 stars for his customer service I would and the food was good too
Minus zero is what this place deserves. Filthy place. I wouldn’t let a dog eat in there. Rude employees. They act like you’re bothering them when you walk in there. The fries were cold and greasy. Couldn’t eat them as they were hard. Overcooked. They got the burger wrong. I asked for no onions. All I got was a burger with onions. I took it back. She unwrapped it and, with bare hands, picked it up and picked the onions off of it and then re-wrapped it and handed it back. She got mad when I asked for a refund. What a nasty place. Avoid this Burger King or, better yet, avoid Eunice, LA altogether. Filthy town.
Staff is extremely unfriendly. They always seem like they are mad at the world. Like they don't want to be at work. I don't know why they even go in if that's how they feel. My last visit was for a Whooper Jr and med. fry. I get to window pay then get told to pull up. No customers in the store but I have to pull up for a burger and fry? Then I waited 10 minutes for a person that looked so mad at the world cause she had to walk my food out I was afraid to let family eat it. Customer service is SLOW and most, not all, workers Unfriendly! Need some changes at this location. Just look for yourself. All other food joints really busy but not Burger King. WHY?
Extremely slow. Workers act like they don't won't to be here. Been here 30 minutes since I paid for my food and just simply ordered a #5 medium. This is ridiculous. Won't be back
