I went through the drive through. She said "be careful it's hot" I realize now she was being sarcastic. Luke warm food with gooey eggs.

Not sure who owns this Burger King but I feel sorry for their employees who work there. Unclean, out of napkins, tearing off bathroom paper towels on request, unable to meet customer orders in a reasonable amount of time, customers were leaving and others were backing out of the drive through. I could see the frustration on the employees faces as they tried to serve the customers as politely as possible.

Girl with red hair clearly did not like her job or dealing with customers. Very obvious dirty looks while taking my order. Food was good. Slow service with 1 order on the drive screen and 0 on the dine in screen

This restaurant while the food was great normal BK quality. This restaurant was a dirty dump. We visited early morning so there was no excuse for how dirty it was. Every single table was dirty with crumbs or sauce, the bathrooms were disgusting and finger prints on every single glass service around the doors. This restaurant is actually really nice but it was FILTHY!

As my group walked through the door, the manager informed us that they already had five orders come in from the drive-thru so it would be a 5 minute wait before they could take our order. After standing around awkwardly for a while, they allowed us to place an order. The individual at the register was rude and appeared annoyed that we were trying to order food at a fast food restaurant. The individual eventually apologized and said that their anxiety was getting to them because of the orders they had gotten that day. We eventually received our order. Most of it was cold. None of it was good.

This particular location is experiencing long waits in the drive through and locked doors during the day due to lack of employees. Not blaming employees who are there trying their best. Inside floors and counters are unkept and dirty. It is taking forever for orders to be taken and prepared. Sitting in line watching the McDonalds line go through one after another quickly. Hardee’s had no wait and food prepared in a timely manner. Why is this location having such a hard time with staffing. Other food establishments are doing fine. Had to utilize Hardee’s 2 days in a row due to this and I ordered a half hour in advance using the app just to be met by locked doors.

The assistant manager moves as slow as the staff. Waited 15 minutes for two items before canceling. Either pay for better workers or fire the ones you have

They would rather waste food and loose money than to purchase a bill checker or even a black light to check your bills. They no longer accept bills over $20.00 and I didn't find out until I got to the window to pay. $43 worth of food wastes because they wouldn't take my $50 bill. So on top of losing a customer and the money that goes with it, they end up losing more by wasting the food. They can NOT serve it to anyone else. For under $15.00 you can have a bill checker at each of your registers. But honestly they were rude to me about it, so needless to say, they lost my business. I run a shop and never would I turn down a sale unless it was truly warranted..BK said it was because they got a few counterfeit 50s at a few of their locations...again...BILL CHECKERS. I'd be happy to buy you a few 😉
