I usually have great experiences at this location. I usually stop by before I head to work and the staff would be really nice. Unfortunately I had a really bad experience tonight. I usually place online orders and pick up. Tonight I decided to go in and redeem my crowns for a whopper jr w/cheese. They removed my points (550). I asked for the free burger for national burger day and I guess the system glitched and removed the order I had prior. I’m not sure why the girl that took my order just walked away with out explaining to what I’m thinking was supervisor , but they were basically accusing me of lying saying that I never had points to put in and blaming me for the malfunction. I tried my best explaining to the older gentleman what just happened, but he proceeded to ask if I just wanted to order the 2for 5 burgers when I already told him that my points had been removed already and I just wanted my food for work. When I finally got my order it was thrown and it slide on the counter. My burger was freezing and my bacon felt like it was just removed out of the fridge. Not sure if these employees tonight were in a bad mood but it made me extremely uncomfortable to go back in to inform them.

This location has been good so far, the one thing I would say is that they need a need touch of the place. The staff is friendly at least to me, they don't rush me when I order and they repeat the order back to you. The management there is definitely having an impact on their workers cause they care for what they do. I definitely recommend this location.

Now I usually never make reviews but I must say this here was some goood eatin’ if I do say so myself . Will be returning

Came the other day, Amazing customer service. I don’t remember the name, but the “Remember, you rule!” stood out to me. Made me feel welcomed to come back. Food was great too. 5/5.

I asked for NO SALT in my fries and what i got was old refried fries their hard and dry and my nuggets same thing old,dried and cold lazy ill def be talking to manager tomm and i asked for simple extra mayo (I DIDN'T EVEN GET REG AMOUNT OF MAYO ON SANDWICH TOOK PIC ALSO) on my original chicken sandwich and didn't get that either,,this place is a joke and the guy in drive thru was rude and lazy..!!..pictures dont lie..what a shame just drove all day from Virginia and this is what i get..(SMH).

I would have to say the atmosphere and care that the Burger King team has is astounding. The service was emaculat. The manager on duty rn, is awesome.

Quiet restaurant. Bud waited on us and he suggested the cookies so we bought them too. He was right! They were good! Great customer service.

Out of all the BK's I've been to this was the best one. The employees are the happiest and most pleasant staff of all BK's. The sandwiches are always the freshest. Love'n the staff at BK.
