Placed an order on the app at 10:21pm and got there at 10:25pm to wait on the order. There were a few other people also trying to pick up orders and it took the person behind the counter a while to even acknowledge someone waiting all to say they are closed. This is the 5th time this has happened where the same employee says they are "closed" and nobody can get orders that were already placed on the BK app or Doordash/UberEats. It really makes you not want to order from that particular location at all.

Two Bacon, egg & cheese croissiants for $4, great deal. Fresh, delicious and hot. Coffee was fantastic too! Bottle Fiji water. $12. Total
It's great that the food is prepared right in front of you, but it gets cold very quickly. Also, I don't like gas station BKs because they're are not in tune with mainstream stores, such as they don't take coupons and you're not allowed to keep your receipt because you have to pay the gas station owner, who owns it. They also lack full menus. If you ever keep a copy of your receipt, Google their information and you'll be surprised.
Went here 3 times This week and always closed , so they can eat. What’s the point of having 3 people to work and they taking their lunch at same time. Never again
If this is the burger king off Hempstead trnpke and Elmont road, inside the Bolla Market, this place is terrible!!! Employees are rude, most don’t speak English, their machines don’t accept BURGER KING coupons, and they take WAY TOO long to prepare food. Idk how they manage to stay in business but I definitely won’t ever go back.
Customer service is rude and cocky amd they put little to no actusl effort or care into preparing the food for customer satisfaction. The food was cold and put together very sloppy. The staff for the service station ignore the customer and are disrespectful and act as if the customer is bothering them and they are being bothered and inconvenienced. As far as the prepackaged popular items on the shelves and the drinks in the cooler they were all great.
The two Big Kings I ordered were amazing! Many leagues better than the Burger Kings in the Bronx.
