I had the friendliest experience I’ve had from fast food in a long time today. I walked in and forgot how early it was, I’m not a fan of breakfast foods and was about to leave. The cashier asked me if everything was ok? I explained that I’m not a fan of breakfast and she went above and beyond telling me that she would be happy to make me lunch it just might take a little longer, she also informed me that they do have some lunch items even at breakfast time. A lot of younger people might have let me leave but this crew seemed eager to do their jobs and were happy to help in any way they could. Thank you and good job Marissa!
Ordered a Whopper Jr with Cheese in the drive thru. I was the only vehicle they had me pull around because it would be a minute. I did and the food never came out, I went inside and waited another 10 minutes and never good my order so they refunded me. Long wait times..
The lady had a short temper and assumed I didn't understand that I didn't know what to order. I wanted a number 12 with no coffee. And a large oreo shake, not in replace of the coffee. It takes tooooo long for you to keep repeating yourself. Just give me what I ordered please. Bad Customer service this morning. PS food was great!
At 10 am this morning, I park my semi add JC penny parking lot. As I’m walking across the parking lot, I hear screeching wheels coming from a black Jeep SUV that Veered off Idaho Street into the parking lot to avoid waiting at the red light, almost mowing me and my dog over. Mind me I was across parking spaces, not the driving lane. I get to BK, I see the same Vehicle rounding the building at excessive speed and parking in the back. The old lady driving is An employee, i’m assuming manager or assistant manager. Came in the building punched in grab a clipboard, five minutes later was back in her truck for a 20 minute smoke break. Burger King, at least mow down the customers after They have purchased something.
Fast service, very polite and kind staff. Its always a pleasant surprise for polite staff at a fast food restaurant. Kindness goes a long way and is very appreciated.

So I’m here at 11:36 pm the store closes at midnight. The gal would not answer the speaker so I pulled up and sitting at the drive thru window, she has her headset on and is hiding from me. Guess she doesn’t want the business since she does not own the store. She saw me but will not even acknowledge me. So I’m if you are hungry and need a bite to eat before work don’t waste your time!! Real rude customer service!! I will be contacting Manager in the morning when I get off of work with out eating, thanks to a very rude employee!! I sat here from 11:30 to 11:43.
Cool. DEFINITELY beats the grocery store.
