The food is mediocre at best… not consistent at all. Staff is rude and act like you are a inconvenience to them not personal at all!! I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes and had ZERO interaction with any staff I was not greeted at the window, was not told my total at the speaker or window, not apologetic for the long wait. I’ve worked in customer service management for nearly ten years and was shocked by the service I got. This store is somewhere I wouldn’t go back to even as a last resort I will not be giving them my business again. Management is needed in that store.

Never have i witnessed such chaos. Fully staffed, but they are nonstop yelling orders at each other and getting each other confused, which resulted in every order i witnessed either put together wrong or ordered wrong. Not one customer in the 20 minutes I waited received their orders correctly, including myself. Instead of working together and being helpful, they all wanted to boss each other around. As a store manager myself, what I witnessed was just utter chaos, and could of been avoided. Resulting in a lot of happy customer's, instead of unhappy customers.

It used to be a great fast food store, but unfortunately, it looks like people who worked there don't care at all about their jobs. They all look unhappy and in a bad mood. Forget about getting a receipt. I've been there 3 times, and unless you ask them, you won't have a payment receipt handle to you. The staff always had their uniform dirty and seemed to lack some self hygiene. It's a shame because I really hate driving all the way to hyannis to be able to have some decent BK

multiple sources clearly states the Burger King is open until 12 but when approaching the worker she said they closed at 11. She claimed theres an automated message asking for our order at the drive through when it sounded like a person asking us for our order. Don’t come here past 9 they are clearly too bothered to take your order

Didn't get the order right, and overcharged. Screw it, they must need the money. Never going back to this one (Falmouth) again.

Whopper Jr was disgusting too much ketchup too much much too much whatever you take a bite oozed all on you taste was awful never buy it again used to have to watch it on sale all the time now we have now that disgusting Whopper Juniors great move you won't hear from me or see me there again

Food normal....guy at the drive up was borhered by the fact we ordered. Needs to get a new job away from people.

RODNEY took care of me as the cashier at the register. Rodney is Excellent at his job, knowledgeable of what EFFECTIVE customer service is, shows pride in his job/does it very well and makes the customer (Kyle) feel appreciated for giving this establishment business. RODNEY is a cornerstone to this particular Burger King and DESERVES a RAISE for his top shelf work ethic and unparalleled pride for his job. RODNEY deserves a round of applause. My visit to BK was nothing short of Satisfaction. - Additionally, the gentleman with the handlebar mustache is excellent as well. I’ve interacted with him on multiple occasions and have never been dissatisfied on any spectrum of customer service.
