I paid for a milkshake and the machine was down and they won’t refund me. To make things worse they laugh because they didn’t have coffee or ice tea to replace it . My chicken sandwich is completely drenched in the sauce and the chicken looks uncooked and the Texas whopper it’s completely burnt and hard as a rock . (They won’t refund me because I can’t get ahold of the owner ) If the owners don’t change their management and employees this place will truly go downhill . True disappointment to dyer. I don’t recommend for you to eat here unless you want to waste your money and time.

The young man that took our order was very pleasant to the child before us and to us also. It's so nice to see a smile and happy people behind the counter. That is not the norm at too many places nowadays. The place was very nice and clean but we had to take the food to go. The food was good also.

I placed a dine-in order on the BK app and arrived to find the lobby was closed for a BK managers meeting. I was dressed up for work and did not want to eat in my car but I was forced to. And this is apparently a Weekly thing! Find a conference room for goodness sakes! Or have your meeting between the breakfast and lunch rushes or the lunch and dinner rushes, but not during the busy lunch hours! And most certainly not on Whopper Wednesdays!

The place is out of everything. Soda machine broken. Outside looked like property was abandoned. Worker messed up the initial order. Corrected it and then after waiting 8 minute (no other customers anywhere) we were given warm burgers and frozen onion rings. Staff member said "Well that's what happens when nothing gets fixed or ordered here!!" Just horrible.

Can't really expect a two person crew to be efficient! Nothing against the workers, management is only thinking of their P&L not their customers. Should inside for nearly 10mins (i was the only one there), took order, another 5-8mins to depart. Had 25mins to get breakfast and drive 8mins to work. I was late 1min (7:35am-8:01a). It is what it is, in this day and age.

onion rings weren’t cooked all the way, there was still raw dough. fries were cold and some not cooked all the way, chicken is dry. just overall bad food experience

The two guys that were working this afternoon were killin it. The guy handling the drive-thru/register was on top of it, super courteous, and a fantastic worker. It was sad to see there was only 2 employees, but that's no one's fault that will probably read this lol

Went out of necessity because it is close to work. Always a horrible experience. Wait forever for no reason. 3 separate occasions same problem. Just sitting waiting for a whopper for over 30 min. Just annoying. Never written a review in my life but this was necessary.
