I would give negative 10 stars. I ordered the new snack wrap I was craving after seeing tons of commercials and was highly disappointed. I can’t even explain what I received just take a look at the picture y’all should be ashamed. I understand it’s $2.99 but it’s the principle. Order #23 subtotal $20.58. 9/3/23 2:09pm

Used a coupon today for two Whopper meals. Should be 2 Whoppers, 2 large drinks and 2 large fries. The belligerent and rude cashier refused to give us the large fries and drinks. She had the coupon in her hand and refused to give it back to me so I could show her that it was for large fries and drinks. As it turns out, the soft drinks we flat and tasted terrible. It is not uncommon for the soft drinks to be flat at this location, and they don’t always have ice. The whopper was good, but the bun was mashed in as though someone had a death grip on it. I have been a repeat customer at this location, and would like to point out that the other lady working the font counter does a good job, but unfortunately is surrounded by incompetent and lazy “coworkers” who could not care less about what they are doing. I love the Burger King product, but bad employees absolutely ruin it. It all comes down to people.

Second Burger King I’ve went to in a week where the customer service was rude and mean. This location is always decent when I come, but this time was horrible. My boyfriend got yelled at by the ugly woman taking our order when she misheard him. Instead of asking what was said, she replied very nasty and said “sir, sir! Do you want a meal?! What Size?!! small, medium or large!” I’m done at this point with going to Burger King at this point. If you guys can’t do better then this with your customer service then you need to close down your franchises. Makes no sense to be treated horribly when we’re the ones helping to pay your wages. If you don’t want to get paid or work, just say that.

We came here with our family and it looked like it would fail a health inspection. They didn’t have any proper condiment station, missing ceiling tiles everywhere. Heavily stained tiles and also ones filled with water. The whole place is dated and falling apart. They didn’t even have paper towels in the bathroom, I had to use napkins. Would not come here again until it’s renovated and under proper management.

The posted hours are they are open until 11PM on Fridays. That is on their door; I looked. I showed up at the drive-thru speaker for more than five minutes. No one addressed me. I called, let the phone ring at least ten times and no one answered even though, there were people inside. While I was there, three cars came to the parking lot and left. Apparently, this Burger King isosjbf a lot of business because its employees want to go home early.. I bet you dollars to donuts those employees are staying clocked in even though, they aren't working.

The service was OK however, I just did not enjoy the food. Maybe been a few years since I’ve eaten at a Burger King. Ordered the original chicken sandwich that was just plain salty and a Big King. The burger just wasn’t good. I think Burger King needs to make some changes. There are lots of better choices out here with all the restaurants. It will be another few years before I return.

The only thing that's King is the name Pauper burgers at Kingly prices. Travel to another Kingdom and get a better burger!

I want to like Burger King. I really do. But like so many other locations, this one just isn't kept up well. Our latest visit saw no ice and flat soda in the soda machine. The service was prompt this latest time but can be spotty. I've left the drive through more than once without ordering because of the slow moving line. Inside, it's just never that clean. This latest visit there was a table with coke spilled all over it and the seats. Since it was partly dry, I think I can assume that it had been there a while.
