Worst experience at a Burger King. Management should be ashamed. Stopped here on my way to Pittsburgh and opened my sandwich right before the highway, absolutely disgusting. Original Chicken patty was old and over cooked. Nuggets looked like they were from yesterday so didn't even try them. Whopper was cold with soggy tomatoes and browning lettuce. 🤢🤢. Pulled over to throw out everything and write this review.
Sux , ordered a crispy chicken sandwhich after the hours in the er. Started heading home to find out it was some spicy sandwich that I could not eat at all. Yuk
No one would put this lettuce on a hamburger they were eating. It's disgusting. Never got this when I ate in. It's always in the drive thru so by the time it's discovered you've already driven home. I've learned to thoroughly check that everything is there before I drive off since that's where they usually screw up. Guess it's either accept this slop or eat in. Very disappointed.
Nobody in the parking lot. Nobody in the restaurant completely dead 930 at night. All I wanted was a double cheeseburger. I get the burger. It looks perfect. The only problem is the entire thing is cold. Cheese is cold, the patties are cold, the bun is COLD!! I don’t even think they put the bun through the toaster. I’m going to microwave this burger when I get home. I don’t understand how the kid in the back most likely working couldn’t make one double cheeseburger correctly when it was completely dead. He had a whole hour and a half to get ready to close. How hard is it?????????????????
The food wasn't cooked all the way, It was cold within 5 min. An the burgers were just slapped together. To the point it was even poorly wrapped .. Com on! Tighten up guys. If you don't like your job. . Find a new one
The service was horrible. My chicken fries and sandwiches were cold and seemed like they were from the day before. What was the worst part was the staffs behavior. My wife asked the staff if the bathroom was open because it was locked and they said if it’s locked it’s because someone was in there. She waited over 10 mins and no one came out. She knocked on the door and there was clearly no one in there. My wife then proceeded to tell them that and they said someone was in there. Immediately after they started whispering and laughing at her because they knew no one was in there and they had probably locked it previously. If the bathroom didn’t work they could have politely just said the bathroom did not work. But they were disrespectful instead. Staff needs to get fired. Everything about it was bad.

They need better customer service. Fresher food. Friendlier staff.
