My husband waited more than ten minutes for a single plain burger with a very burned bun and incredibly soggy fries- nothing edible in the bag. We were literally the only customers there and 4 or 5 people appeared to be on staff. $7 in the trash.
Every time we have been here the wait to order is several minutes even when I'm the only one in line. The wait for the food is even longer. I get it, people are short staffed. But the food is cold when I get it. This is not a time time thing....the last 4-5 times. I keep thinking it will get better and it doesn't. I was there last night. There were 8 people that I could see. Only one guy was taking the orders. One was cleaning the shake machine the others were standing around talking.
I get the whopper with bacon meal haven't had a problem with it yet the French fries could be hotter the onion rings could be cooked longer to a little bit of a crunch there sprite usually always taste good
Ordered two meals asked for one to be plain and I got everything on it, food was cold, drinks watered down, had no chicken just hamburger meat, very rude staff, sat there for 15 minutes jist to get nasty cold food. Will not be coming back to this location
Waited over 10 minutes at drive thru and they never took my order. They mentioned they were short staffed, but it seems to me they weren't planning to make an effort to help anyone in the drive thru.
Absolutely the worst service ever!!! If this is a franchise BK, shame you the owners. If you can’t find workers, get off you behind and suit up! I place no blame on these workers, they are doing their best. Close the place if you can’t properly staff it. Waiting 25 mins for a burger is a joke. Then again, not many choices in this town to begin with. I won’t return. I’d Much rather spend my hard earned money with someone who cares about their customers.
Horrible service. Not busy but took forever to get our food cuz the gurl behind the register stayed leaning over the counter texting the entire time we were there
The dowagiac Burger King is slowly becoming better than in the past. I decided to try it out again. Newer crew members, and management from what I can tell. Service is getting faster and more accurate. I realize that retraining a new crew takes some time to get into a rhythm. Keep up the good work on trying to improve. UPDATE.... Food and service are a lot better than in the past.
