I cant even believe I let this place fool me twice. I should have known this last time would be a huge disappointment. I order for 2 people. I ordered larges and got mediums, About 30$ and I wouldn't feed this food to a dog. The fries were cold and disgusting, chicken fries and burgers also cold and chewy. I would have asked for my money back but I didn't feel like waiting and arguing. Rated as 1 star because i had to. NEVER AGAIN.
It’s BK, Have it your way or don’t. Actually better don’t than do. It’s awful and I’m full of disappointment with my self and the food. Gross, salty ultra refined trash. The seagulls seem to enjoy it more than I do. Ever wonder why those birds are always next to a BK, no seriously those birds are always next to a BK and the ocean isn’t close. Please do yourself, me and the birds a favor. Don’t go to BK you are better than that. I know it’s easy but anything worth something in life shouldn’t come easy. So drive the extra mile and get good food. It’s not a cheap menu so that’s not an excuse. Maybe you really love BK and I’m sorry if you do. I’ve tried many times in my life and I’m constantly dissatisfied. The staff are fantastic m, the place is clean and the parking is easy as well.
When I was at Burger King it was my birthday but they didn’t give me a crown but my friends got one on their birthday like how I don’t get a crown for the spider whopper meal I told the staff but they ignored me and rejected giving it to me. When I was five I got a kids meal it came with you but they ripped it up on purpose and I’m 13 now so I don’t like it anymore
This is one of the worse locations in the region.i just ordered $20 worth of food and literally everything was room temp except for the mozzarella sticks. The burger, nuggets, fries, were all lukewarm at best. The onion rings were actually cold. I ordered a spicy melt, and paid, only to be told after they no longer carry the sandwich. Maybe remove it from the digital menu so people can't order it then? Best part of the meal was the Sprite.
Previously I had a bad experience. This time went perfect. All the things in my mobile order were there. The food was hot. The staff that served me were professional. If anything has changed keep it up please.
Over 30 minutes in the drive thru..smh. I would have backed by car out but there were cars parked behind me. The best part of waiting in the drive thru was watching one of the workers go outside for a smoke break (don't get me wrong, I'm all for breaks but when there's a line of people waiting to order and pick up their food, you got to use a bit of common sense). Also, I saw this same worker taking a selfie thru the window of the drive thru area...seriously.
I ordered a chicken nugget kids meal for my son and when I said what sauce I wanted she proceeded to tell me “ no sauce comes with the meal ”. What child’s chicken nugget meal doesn’t come with sauce? I’ve worked at this burgerking twice in the past and I’ve never heard of such a thing , not to mention I know the owners and have for years and never once would they not offer sauce or a toy with a kids meal unless they were completely out of said products. Idk who trained this girl but she needs to be retrained on customer service and not promoting the right products for different meals..
I ordered just the original chicken sandwich, exactly 1 month apart, and both times oil was dirty, chicken was inedible. I'm not paying $6.07 for dirty oil chicken and brown lettuce. Either close this franchise or have some pride and do right by your customers. I won't be back to this place.
