My wife and I like coming to this location. They do good food and good service. We always get 2 whoppers with cheese large meals with 2 8 pcs chicken nuggets. 😊
Stopped to get fast dinner but french fries were old and hard mozzarella sticks aren't even edible the two sandwiches two for five were horrible rolls were falling apart. They really need to train their staff better. Stopped in again 12/29/20 better than last time. Saturday night about 9:00 worked all night every place was jam-packed except Burger King. That should have been the red flag right there the girls drive through no personality whatsoever not Hello not goodbye when I said thank you she didn't even say you're welcome I got my food I left the girl out the window was talking everybody but me. I get home and the food is just gross the cheese sticks are so overcooked on edible the Whopper is nothing but a pile of lettuce they did manage to not put my onions on it and the marinara sauce looks really dark and taste really tart like it's no good. Pretty sad now I know why everybody else McDonald's Wendy's Taco Bell they were all jam-packed Burger King had two people in the line now I know why not going back.
OLD FOOD/RUDE MANGERS/DIRTY Keep giving them a chance and they keep messing up or giving me food I won’t eat. Manger is ready to argue with you and don’t know how to do her job. Good luck Not getting sick. Health department should take a look.
Imagine being on lunch break and ordering your food, asking for it to be made fresh, getting pulled up to the waiting area, and STILLLL getting old food!!! And the manager rolls her eyes and says "it'll be like 6 minutes wait time". No apology or anything. Then argues that ONE of the pieces of chicken should have been hot..lately EVERY time I come to this location, I have a problem. And the corporate number tells you to go online to give feedback....ok, well Google review it is.
9/19/21 1 Star Greeted with “On Mommt” at the order board and left there 7 minutes. 6/20/2021I wanted to grab a quick bite to eat on the way back to the office. I was on Haulover so I could have gone to either the Howland BK or the Elkam. I chose Elkam because I have not been this way in a couple of weeks. When I arrived the drive thru was backed way up so I came inside. I was greeted by the cashier. The greeting was not friendly or pleasant but more robotic. I ordered two whoppers Juniors with cheese. Six dollars? Could have got two whoppers for the same price. Anyway I waited and waited and saw the truck leave the drive thru window that had pulled in behind me. I was the only person in line and ordered right away. 4 people had come in behind me and ordered. Finally I got my order. I left and headed back to the office. The whopper Juniors were messy and looked like everything was piled in the center and the burger squished down and closed. Changing my long time 4 star review to two stars. I will keep going to the Howland BK which is excellent. I will give this location a try again in a few months to see if they can get their act together. 2017 I have visited this Burger King location regularly for the past 15 Years. It is a franchise unit and has always had good quality food and friendly staff. I am closer to the Debary BK but will drive 8 miles across Deltona to this location rather than going to the Debary or Orange City Burger Kings. I hope this franchise owner would consider opening a location on the other side of Deltona. Providence and Doyle/Debary or Providence and Normandy would be great locations and we are dying for a better dinning and takeout services here. Elkam Burger King has good food, great service and friendly people! When I order in the drive thru, it is usually for the family, either 5 or 8 people. I never wait at this location.
Food was great just like good old style old Burger King days. However reasonings for the 4 star rating is due to the little one at the first window sees my bf at the window to pay her and me in the passenger seat , she gives the change and asked if he wanted a receipt he said no she follows with you “ok hun you have a good day” . First & for most by the looks she would be one of them ONES that’s all I wish to say further more if I did the same to her old man if she even has one the circle would be flipped real quick. It’s called RESPECT. I’d advise her to learn that for starters. I handled it decently wait for the next couple and see how they handle that one! If I had her name I would state it here so we could all push the BLASTED button!
If I could leave zero stars I would!! The manger "G" is very unprofessional. After waiting 45 minutes our entire order was ice cold and completely wrong. We called to tell " G" the situation and she was rude and hung up on us.
A bit mad because by time I got home I realized my food was cold and old. Never had this expierence at the newer Burger King up the road.
