I night recommend this location whoever is running this store is doing a fantastic job beginning of this year this store went to the ground and lately when I been coming it’s been an amazing experience my whoppers never used to look those nice or taste good. I used to go to other locations but I will take the 25 minute drive to this Burger King since it’s right by my work good job Burger King and whoever runs that store your doing an amazing job
Tried going here 3 times in the last like 2 weeks. But was told they are ONLY taking online orders. So you have people there to make the food. But you can't take the few orders you get daily (reputation is horrid) through drive thru. Nothing posted about when/why/how long they are doing this for. But I will not be attempting any further. No point when the food I would end up getting would mostly likely be cold and not to order. I used to go here often, and 1 time since they have been under new management have I gotten warm food. Order was wrong but whatever. Old management operated pretty much the same. I can't imagine it's even cost effective to keep this location open
The young lady that was there by herself accidentally locked herself out of the store and she still got my order and really good at customer service and the man that had to drive from Milwaukee to get there thank you for getting there to help you guys are great I appreciate you 👍 🙏 👏 they deserve a raise!!!
Doors locked at noon on Friday. Drive through open, but van won't fit. 2nd time been to this location with doors locked. No note, no indication why. 4 employees sitting by register. Went somewhere else.
I came at 12:30 on Thursday 4/13 the women taking my order was working her butt off,while being I assume low staff. She was so kind and food was fresh. Burgerking needs to pay their employees more! having to do more than 1 job at a time!
Stopped at 12:15 mid-week. Didn't even get acknowledged by the employee behind the counter who was packing drive-thru orders. Drive-thru only had 4 cars on the board. Another couple were waiting for their food when we walked in and only received it as we decided to leave after a full 5 minutes of waiting. I've worked fast food for several years and 4 orders in drive-thru should not be bring a store to a complete standstill. I'll not be back!
Went out of the way to come here. I wanted some BK onion rings for sone reason. They were not open at 7PM on a Saturday. Maybe they are living in a different time zone. Maybe they meant everyday except this one particular day I decided to stop in. See my photo. Oh well. I won't make may way here again. How is every other place in the area open?
This place is cheeks, the person in drive thru put me on hold, left the headset on and said sorry I was in the bathroom. Then I tried to order a number one with no onions or tomatoes she asked me to hold on, then she said what I asked for and wanted to know if I didn't want pickles or lettuce. I said nah just no onions or tomatoes. Then I tried to order a coke, the had 3 sodas to choose from none being coke. Honestly can't wait until this place is closed like hardess and then replaced with robots. Save your time don't come here. 7/11/23 @ 7:34 pm drive thru
