I order in the app almost every day. From the time I place my order & drive the short distance to the restaurant, my food is usually ready to go. The very few times that my order is not ready is because they are having a busy lunch rush. Even then, it might only be a very short wait. Never more than a few minutes. The crew members are always friendly and very accommodating. They keep a clean restaurant on top of providing a great tasting product that always meets my expectations. There have been a couple of times that the order was not made the way I ordered it, but it was not the fault of the crew members. The fault was in the app, not ordering the food the way I ordered it. BUT the crew always does a cheerful job to "make-it-right" by making it"MY WAY." For my money, you can not get a better tasting fast food product at such a reasonable price.
I'm going to edit my review. Today I visited this location again. It was extremely clean and the lady that assisted me was super wonderful. The food was fresh and it was really a great experience. Extremely slow. Maybe the slowest drive thru I have ever been in. I'm up to 15 minutes now I've gone two spots. It's only 4PM. The location is in a sketchy area which isn't helping. Service is king and that includes processing transactions quickly. This is a must pass location.
The last couple times we have went the service has just been poor. The staff all have attitudes and their language around customers is awful. Sorry but my kids don't need to hear the F word coming out of someone's mouth that much. Won't be going back much or at all. The chicken sandwiches were hard like overcooked. They charged me for sauces but didn't get the sauces. Didn't have any of the drinks we wanted. The fries were super mushy.
The junior whopper burgers are not very good, but the fries were delicious. We had to wait 22 minutes to get our food and they didn't have the order right so we had to wait another 10 minutes to get our food. Terrible service. We were in the drive thru!
Ate there got food poisoning from them told them about it and they were rude. Eat somewhere else or get sick they don't care very unsanitary
They were SO busy and I was shocked to revive my order quickly and correctly and everything was delicious! The employees were like a well oiled machine but with friendly personalities!
I was served some weird, undercooked gooey chicken sandwich. Keeping it in my car for a couple days and returning it to them moldy. Kinda gross not gonna lie. I'm gonna reach out to the right people to look into this joint. 3pm on Monday may 29th. Spoke with General manager - said I must return the undercooked food and hold onto it for them to correct their error. What a joke.
Went through drive thru go mustard whopper it was great 👍
