I ordered junior Burrito Combo. The food was room temperature almost cold. The hashbrowns were room temperature and taste like very old grease. And there was no coffee.

food is normal for a burger king. My brother an I pulled up on our motorcycles we got strange looks from the employees standing outside on their phones. When we went inside we were the only ones there and it took close to 10 minutes to get any attention even thought they were standing and walking by us. I have never in my my life said or posted a comment like this but I feel it was due to us being the only white people there

This restaurant has great customer service and the food is always hot and fresh as well as delicious!! They have never gotten my order wrong when I’ve used the drive through feature or the inside dining which is very rare these days. They pay attention to detail and have a very clean establishment! The drive through is open 24 hours a day so you can get food no matter what time it happens to be!

Window operator made us wait 5 min. At the order mic. Then at the window he had a personal conversation going, we had to wait 10 more min. Then after stating ( no dairy) my wife had tartar sauce on her chicken burger. Service like this I fear can get a restaurant shut down. 😔

The young man @ the drive through speaker asked me to wait……finally got back to me and took my order. I asked if something had mayo and he simply said no but had he mentioned it cane with tarter sauce, I would have chosen to not include that condiment either (see details below). When I drove around to the window, he was ON THE PHONE WITH HIS HOMIE in one ear with his work headset in the other and didnt even acknowledge my presence but instead carried on a full blown conversation about a matter that had nothing to do with the customer he is PAID to serve. WHAT IN THE HADES HAS HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE?!?! Just because you can do something (like multi-task in 2 different ears) doesn’t mean you should. That was beyond RUDE and completely uncool. Held a conversation with someone on his personal phone he deemed was clearly more important than doing his job inches away from the customer at hand. Have standards and desperateness fallen so low that managers just want bodies behind the counter instead of actual WORKERS? They weren’t busy at all and there are actual voices that don’t live on the other side of your device who look like *wait for it* … humans. Technology has its place but its NOT while you’re supposed to be giving a customer most of your attention & definitely not while you’re on the clock, period.

Went grab something to eat about 30 minutes ago. Get home, and the only thing that's hot is the onion rings... burger cold, like the cheese is cold, the patties hard, so much sauce it was all over the outside of the burger, just thrown together. Chicken fries were cold and rubbery. Idk who was working this morning, but christ dude I've held a fast food job before when I was younger. Yes, it sucks I do not expect perfection whatsoever. I've been there done that. I am always kind, understanding, and patient with people handling my food. I'm not picky, but if it was at least hot and the patties weren't dry, cold, chewy pucks, I wouldn't even be writing this, but the bar was already low, and then your workers at 1220am today just made that bar look impossible to reach. However, the guy who is normally there at night? Give that guy a raise! Always super professional and clean, food is always hot. And not just hot but of good quality. I'm assuming he's a manager. Though I am unsure, and I don't know his name. White guy, glasses, hair normally pulled back. If he's not a manager, he should be. He is an asset to this burgerking location. That's your employee who makes people want to go back. For the normal service I get? 5 stars, especially for someone who works odd hours like myself, and there isn't much open. But this morning? If I could give it a zero I would, so 1 star.

Incredibly poor service. Unsafe and unhealthy food preparation. Cashier took a customers money and then put her fingers in my fries. Asked politely for her to wash her hands and she disappeared for 5min making me wait while my food sat getting cold. She wasn’t wearing her mask and fussed at a customer saying they had to have masks. This place is a disaster.

Don't listen at all...mess my whoppers up each time & burger makers are clumsy...a whopper doesn't have cheese and they put cheese anyway...
