Was okay, got food quickly. The facility was sort of clean, but not super clean. Nice central location for work days.
This is an extremely toxic Burger King. I will not be returning. The managers yell and yell and talk down their employees. In particular, managers Kim and Kailey do not treat their employees well at all. And it's very clear. Talking bad about employees to the customer is not how you run things. If I can hear them YELLING and MISTREATING employees, I will absolutely never return. Give them some more training to foster a nontoxic work environment. It's sad to see managers treating employees like dog doodoo. DO BETTER!!! HUMANS ARE HUMANS AND SHOULD BE TREATED FAIRLY!!!! Makes me sad to see this. It's hard to get people to work and this is why!!! Noone wants to be talked down to anywhere. Please give them more training or let them go.
Visited during noon time Pros: 1. Friendly employees 2. Employees got order accurate / Accurate to order 3. Food was fresh / tasted good Cons: 1. Main door to lobby was not accessible / out of order 2. Drink machine in lobby out of order. Must get refills or drinks from cashier Final Thoughts: Fine location to stop at. It does get busy around this time so drive thru may be a bit packed - could have some issue getting out of parking lot depending on drive thru line size.
Everything was great, but the drive thru cashier was way overzealous!!! Way to enthusiastic to be genuine.
No knock at all on the food. But the service at this Burger King is just as terrible as the service on the south end of town. There should be no reason to sit at the order menu in the drive thru for 15 min and not have your order taken. The two Crestview Burger Kings have the worst service times of any Burger King's I've ever been to.
I hadn't eaten at a Burger King in a while because the one in my hometown is very poorly maintained and run. This was a newer facility, an old location where they had just rebuilt it. I tried a new chicken sandwich and liked it. I really enjoyed the fries, they had just the right amount of salt. No real issues except for the chairs were on the table and we thought the lobby was closed at first. But the service was good and the staff was friendly. I would probably return to this location next time I'm in that town.
Placed order online. Went to the drive thru to pick it up. They couldn't find the order. Then finally did. Was there for over 30 minutes. They was not busy. I asked to talk to the manager. She was not happy that I asked to talk to her. She never said sorry or offered any discount card. She wanted to argue with me and then shut the window on me. I never raised my voice or cussed at her. This was good customer service. WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE AGAIN.
Went to this location and the atmosphere was great nice people strong management and fast hot food. Will be returning soon!
