User Reviews

Omg I shld have looked at the reviews before driving here. The drive though took too long and when I decided to go inside the wait was long. No one greeted us no sorry for the wait, they just looked like with no emotion or care. I asked if I had to wait for my fish he said 2 seconds. I can see why. Never again. They either need to get it together or close down!

Very worst I ordered a 8 pieces chicken nuggets 2 packs. From drive thru after coming back home I opened I felt very such bad smell coming from nuggets and totally throwing to trash. I felt very bad. I have never faced this experience with onther locations.

Horrible. My whopper was so incredibly salty, I know they use liquid smoke or something like that to make it seem like it's cooked on a grill. My bun was also burned. Fries were also garbage.

Awful location again and again. I have tried to give benefit of the doubt but am ALWAYS disappointed. Service sucks. Takes forever. My order is always wrong in some capacity. I order ahead on the app in hopes that helps but NOPE. I order pick up to avoid having to wait forever and I still end up being forced to wait in the drive thru because they will just randomly close the dining area. Sometimes they close early just because. Worst location and I will finally stop hoping they get better. Never ordering here again.

So first off, I just want to say that something has changed at this location…I had gone a couple times earlier this year and did not want to go back due to the food and the slow service. But out of mere necessity, I visited this location once more to give it one more shot cuz ya know things can change. Well, they did. The man cooking the food in the back, the white guy with red hair, is doing an outstanding job…the food is finally something to rave about. I will be visiting this location much more due to the cook with the red hair…lose him and you will lose business. Just sayin.

I’m trying to go through the drive-through and order a sandwich that does not come with cheese. I then also asked for extra cheese. The person taking my order seem to be in far too much of a hurry to care about what I wanted, and then started arguing with me that they had in fact put the cheese on there. Of course, this new thing with, the screen where you can see what’s put on the order, allowed me to see that cheese was put on it but not extra cheese. I tried to explain this to the person and they just said pull up. Very rude like I was an inconvenience for coming in the drive-through or something . If you don’t like your job, get a different job. Do yourself a favor and drive away like I did.

The absolute worst Burger King location I've ever been to! It's like they just gave up caring about the customers and the company they work for. It's sad to see so much lack of customer service! McDonald's has customer service down to a science and even the newly opened Wendy's location has stepped up to the plate with an awesome breakfast staff. It was a little rocky in the begining but they have improved. Burger King has no excuse!

Waited 30+ minutes to pick up a Whopper Jr. and medium fry. I’ve been in the food service industry since high school, working at both sit-down restaurants and fast food places, so I know how difficult the job can be. But waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru is crazy. I can’t imagine trying to order here with kids in tow. Employees will literally see you standing/sitting there and WALK AWAY. They even forgot **three things** on my burger. I don’t like leaving negative reviews but something has to change.
