Save yourself time and frustration. Go to ANY other Burger King. Wait was unnecessarily long, food was wrong for almost everyone in line, only saving grace was staff was pleasant. Food was being made but staff just was not working efficiently. At least the Whopper was good
1st I asked for lemonade with my number 12( chicken fries) order... They didn’t have lemonade... so i asked for any other juice and she said they had fruit punch then said “sorry we don’t have that either” so i’m like “ok well do you have sprite?” and she says “yes” and tells me my total....she asked for my sauce choice and I said bbq and honey mustard.... I get to the window to pick up my food only to realize the “sprite” was sparkling water !!! and they gave me sweet and sour sauce with my chicken fries!!!! I didn’t even drink the seltzer water! horrible
Ordered a large tea and as my mother was sipping the tea a bug came up through the straw and into her mouth. Absolutely DISGUSTING. This means that the bugs are either in the tea machine or was in the cup before they filled it.
My son just got his new orange belt for his karate and the manager of this location is so kind he gave ice cream and other to my son to show his appreciation. Please this kindness.
I like this burger king, the employees are friendly but it seems like I can never get a hot burger. Its not just once or twice, but every single time I order, for some reason they are always luke warm and never hot. My orders are mostly correct but have had a couple of times where I order a plain cheeseburger and still get pickles and ketchup on it, I don't understand how you get something plain screwed up..
Completely wrong order, rude employees with bad attitudes for no reason. both times i went there and wouldn’t take my coupon because I ordered a single patty burger and not a double. Definitely need customer service training and stop being stingy with sauces. 1 sauce isnt enough for 3 people after repeatedly asking if they bagged the sauce. Would never come back to this location.
I don't normally bother reading fast food places, because I generally find them all to be about the same. However, I was really impressed. The location was spotless and the staff was really pleasant. Our food came out hot and in a timely manner. When I went back to get dessert, they were very accommodating when I asked for a cup to share the ice cream with the toddler, and were even nice enough to give me a little extra for her. The service was exceptional.
Sat in long lin which is expected at dinner time but when I got to the window they didn't have change. after waiting almost five minutes the manager finally came up with an additude and telling me to look for exact change in my car. I finally told him to keep the change and left. I got home and to my surprise the burgers they gave me looked to be 100 years old. I will never go to that location again. Very disappointed.
