Wanted a bacon cheese whopper Jr. Husband then said 2 whopper Jr meals. I saw the bacon/cheese whopper Jr and said I wanted that. Server said those were only for the special 2 for $5 sandwich only special. Apparently he wasn't able to cancel one of the whopper Jr meals and place the 2 bacon/cheese whopper Jr for $5. My whopper Jr was a bad hot mess when I unwrapped it. Ketchup and mayo all over the place. The wrapper looked like it had been soaked in grease. I had to scrap off the ketchup, mayo and pickles with a napkin then use another napkin to soak up the excess grease. Fries were over cooked and cold. Never had service or food this bad at a Burger King. McDonald's yes but never a BK.
Burgers that have mayo or mayo added is tasting like miracle whip. Also, do not allow anyone to apply for a position here. worse management and communications. After a month of being hired and there is no communication of a schedule to start working.
Ok, I worked at a Burger King a long time ago in HS and had lost interest in the food (you can only smell and eat so much of a certain before it takes time to be “ready” again) but finally decided to try the spicy crispy chicken. I don’t normally eat fast food on lunch but had errands to run so why not. I should not have. Upgraded to a medium, line was slow, ended up having to go back to work to eat because of that. Sat at my desk with good expectations to open my sandwich to a piece of chicken surrounded by bun. Two pickles stacked on top of each other and sauce squirted on top. Bigger disappointment than the size of the chicken breast was it wasn’t good at all. Pulled my fries out, 19…..19 French fries in a medium upgrade. Awful, sorry. Only getting 2 stars because the lady at the window apologized for the wait and was very nice. I have been in the gas station accompanied to this location and have heard the managers yelling and berating the employees. Something needs to be done with this location. Sorry
We ate here and the place was clean and the food was fresh. Ayden was professional and congenial. The other manager was awesome as well. My family and I enjoyed our meals and will be back. Bravo! Nothing better than a Whooper when you're hungry!
Wife and I tried to take our son there for lunch, the doors were locked so had to walk around to the front and through the gas station to get into BK. Just for the manager to be very rude and tell us the lobby wasn't open. So put up a sign then, I swear this restaurant is poorly run and managed. The fries always taste like they have been sitting under a heat lamp too long and the last three times I ordered a shake from them through the drive thru it made me sick. Would give this place 0 stars if possible

Great place to go. The food is always amazing. I always get ice cream cones and the one lady that usually takes my order always has a smile always very friendly. The food is always fresh. Some day she will be the general manager. I live closer to other one but go there cause she is working. Keep up the great work young lady.
Love the Double Whopper with Cheese. The thing with most Burger Kings is you don 't know what your going to get. Is the food hot?. I don't go there unless they are busy. Again, I love the Whopper. You just don't know what you get for service. That is the reason for 2 stars. I still go there sometimes.
