Workers are so good! One of the cashiers Halena was so friendly and very helpful. I have 3 kids and they are very rowdy sometimes…. And she was very patient and funny!The kids love the crowns. The kitchen staff seemed wonderful and they made my order correctly and it did not take very long. Kids and I love it here
A complete overhaul of the restaurant since probably the 80s, it's sleek and modern and fits in well with our other businesses. And finally the chip/strip machines are in working order so you don't have to bring just cash any more. Very friendly as always and super clean but homey feeling. Smiles everywhere and overall a great expierence. My only downside is, the local McDonald's took out it's shrubs and trees making it look rather barren, the same thing can be said here, great new facility just needs trees and shrubs.
decent food over priced as for meal for two costs u much ad it would to to go to save a lot store and feed entire family for and u can tell they dont change thier fryer oil like they should as u can smell it in the air for one and they put off so much smoke i feel sorry for the folks that lives in the houses behind them as all that goes right at thier windows.

I have never had a good experience here. Previously, it has been rude cashiers, despite my patience and kindness. Today, the cashier flat out told me she didn't feel like re-ringing up my order because I told her I had a coupon. She also didn't greet me, say thank you, or anything else that takes zero effort. They never go above and beyond, it's always the bare minimum. I'm super bummed that they are the only fast food place in town right now because their customer service and food both suck. I hate posting 1-star reviews, but this place deserves it. I hope they learn from their reviews and do better.
This is generally a good Burger King but the local McDonald's is closed for remodeling so it's crazy busy here. My order was screwed up but I understand how overworked these people have been lately. I'm going to call the manager tomorrow morning and explain see what happens...
The customer service was terrible. I dealt with Whitney at the register, and she gave me the bare minimum. No greeting or thank you's. She was very short with her responses and didn't even smile once. I waited about 20-30 minutes for one Whopper Jr. I definitely don't recommend this place; However, there aren't a lot of fast food options in Cheboygan, so it's hard to avoid when looking for a simple burger. I hope their staff gets better with customer service because it's not that hard to smile at someone. It should be common sense.
Service was good, pretty fast but the prices have gone up so huch and was expected but boy the whopper is the size of regular hamburger now and its 3 pickles, 2 tomatoes and 4 shreds of lettuce. I remember when it would fill you up on its own. The fries were perfect, bjust golden brown and crispy! Place was clean.
