Everything was fine BUT, how uncomfortable it was trying to eat with no A/C. Whoever owns this location you really need to adjust the A/C for your customers and not yourself. Nobody wants to eat in a restaurant at 85 degrees inside when I can go somewhere else that cares.

i come here almost 4 times a month, and i always get served by a girl in a bun with a mask. i think her name is Lulu. deffff deserves a promotion. she’s always so respectful to me. also, when i order my food always comes out as fresh. nice staff!

Not bad, sometimes when I order only French fries and nothing else, I’ll get old fries and have to have them do it fresh

I could not believe what I witnessed. I placed two online orders on 1/15/2023. When I got to the restaurant I went inside to pick up my food as the drive thru line was extremely long. Not only was I not greeted when I entered, I proceeded to wait ten minutes and watched in pure horror what was going on. The cook had no gloves on and was touching every surface, making burgers and sandwiches, touching his shirt, and could not have been more unsanitary. The biggest concern I had was he dropped my hamburger bun on the floor and then proceeded to pick it up and make my whopper jr. I had to inform another employee that there was no way in hell I would eat that burger and then the cook claimed that he caught the bun before it hit the ground, which was an outright lie. The cook then proceeded to cuss in the back and complain about being the only one there, while he continued to cook without gloves and make me another whopper. I told another employee to go back there and ask him to wear gloves when making my food. Not only was i disgusted with my order and threw the whopper jr back on the counter, what made matters worse is they bagged up the burger that fell on the floor and gave it to another customer. When I asked for the cooks name so that I could file a complaint, I was told it was against complaint policy to give names. I feel I will suffer from food aversion due to unsanitary conditions I witnessed.

I asked for bacon a dozen times and they kept saying It was there but I got no bacon

I was on my way to work a d wanted a breakfast sandwich. I purchased the 2 double sausage croissants. There were only two ppl in the drive thru and I was one of the two but it took 5 minutes to get my sandwiches and when I got to work realized they were wrong. They were both to have 2 patties of sausage hut instead they had one patty and bacon. I never asked for bacon. Ugh! Waiting a long period to get the wrong thing is always frustrating.

Bad experience all around, first off the ordering intercom system did not have the proper volume, and when I told the drive through attendant she gave me attitude and my wrong soda. Which by the way I had to confirm with her three time. I love Burger King but this “person” ruined it, major.

Worst drive thru experience in years. Took forever, messy Burger with a stale bun. No napkins. He set my card on his counter where I couldn't reach it while he went off to do other things. I had to ask for straws twice. Won't be returning. The car in front of me was ordering for a long time then finally got frustrated & said just cancel the order & left.
