I had a whopper order that needed replacing, and I called to get it corrected. One of the managers named T. told me to come back in anytime for a replacement with no hassle. Everyone was friendly and they went above and beyond to make that order right! Great staff, and great atmosphere! Thanks T.👍

The gentleman in the window was fabulous. For whatever reason my credit card was swiped two times and came back declined. He waited while I opened the ap to see if the card was locked and it wasnt. I went to hand the food back and he just said have a nice day. I was severely upset my card wasn't working but he handled it with grace and let it go. I have a feeling it was the owner or manager. You don't see things like this today very often. If your in the area give them your business for sure.

Seems to be recently renovated. Service was fine, didn't have to wait a while and everything was as expected, no problems.

Just left drive through window where I order a large coke freeze like I do 2 to 3 times a week this time of year at $3.17 per. I am handed the drink and they give me a drink/cup 1/2 the size of usual large the have goven me in the past. I immediately said this is not your large, the lady at drive through took it and turned to the"manager" the manager said yes it is the large, and has been. It has not been! I adamantly expressed to Jalen this is not what I have been paying for or received before. He proceeds to throw his hands up and in sarcastic, smug way says "things change sir!" Immediately after ne said that a lady employee behind him says "we ran out of the large clear plastic cups and this what the sent!" Jalen never asked if I wanted my money back and was just a young pampas, rude individual that is need of serious customer skill improvement! I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS BURGER KING and will encourage others to avoid!

Superb! Very clean store, the lobby, the counters, the bathrooms, even the parking lot was clean! The employees are prompt and provide excellent customer service. The food was great! Thank you everyone that was there today, keep up the good work! 👍

Normally I would have given a 5 Star rating but my husband came through the drive thru for our order today his whopper was good and as for mine I ordered the original chicken sandwich which I have been getting forever since they first came out when I worked there in the 80s and today my sandwich was on a stale bun and the fries were cold as ice! Very disappointed today! It will be a long while before I ordered there again! So sad! I really love the food at Burger King! Have a nice day! Ps I was wrong about my husband's meal,he just told me that it was horrible and not cooked all the way and plus the Onion rings for stale! Needless to say I won't be coming back and the manager or anyone has responded to all these complaints,sad sad sad! Back in the day we ran our store with respect and polite manners but then again it was the 80s! With that said again I will NOT be coming back! As for management!!!! Train your employees the right way!

They don’t have the original Italian chicken sandwich and they don’t tell you that until after you leave and you get home and see that I was in total mess up then they want to argue with you. I will keep giving my business to the Maryland people not West Virginia. And then they wanna argue with you on the phone. And I would’ve never got it but I saw the commercial that the original Italian chicken sandwich was back in that’s not what I got. I got a chicken breast and they try to make it like the Italian chicken sandwich. Waste of money waste the time and then they don’t wanna do nothing to correct it
