In a recent visit to the Burger King establishment situated in the heart of New Orleans, my hopes for a satisfying meal were greatly dashed by an array of unfortunate encounters that left me astounded. With a crew composed seemingly of disinterested personnel and a woeful lack of attention to customer satisfaction, the experience was nothing short of disappointing. Upon entering the premises, I was greeted with an atmosphere that resembled a gathering of acquaintances rather than a professional workplace. The employees exhibited an attitude that conveyed a disregard for their role in providing a quality dining experience. It appeared as though my entrance was perceived as an intrusion into their social endeavors rather than a chance to engage with a paying patron. As I cast my gaze upon the menu, a sight both perplexing and disheartening greeted me. Large sections of the menu appeared to have been torn down or otherwise vandalized, leaving it looking as if it had endured some sort of turmoil or unrest. The absence of a comprehensive menu did not bode well for an establishment that should ideally offer a diverse selection to its customers. The seating area told a similarly somber tale. Despite a noticeable lack of other guests, the tables were besmirched with dirt and neglect, rendering them unwelcoming and unsuitable for use. The floor, coated with a sticky substance that clung to my shoes with each step, served as a clear indicator of the establishment's neglect of basic cleanliness standards. A focal point of any fast-food venue is the beverage dispenser, and yet even this fundamental element of the dining experience was marred by malfunction. The soda machine, a cornerstone of refreshment, was unfortunately out of order, requiring customers to part with their cups in order to obtain a refill. Such inconveniences only furthered the disillusionment that had taken hold of my visit. Regrettably, my interaction with the staff during the ordering process proved to be yet another disappointment. After placing my order, I was informed that a wait of approximately 15 minutes would be necessary for the preparation of a simple order of fries. While I patiently accepted this delay, the response from the employees was far from professional. Their discontent was palpable, with eye rolls and a general air of indifference underscoring their disapproval of my willingness to wait. In conclusion, my experience at the New Orleans Burger King was nothing short of disheartening. The lack of enthusiasm, cleanliness, and basic customer service standards displayed by the staff left a lasting negative impression. As a potential patron passing through the area, I would strongly advise against stopping at this particular Burger King if seeking a pleasant dining experience.

As all the other comments have stated, this store is a blemish on the chains reputation. There are numerous opportunities for BK to change for the better here in Chalmette LA. There is very, very little to say complimentary. Chalmette is a great place with a lousy BK

This store should just close its doors. They were out of everything! Fries were old and cold 🤮 Drive thru cashier seemed to hate his life. The manager was rude. The lady that brought the food to my car, (had to pull around cause I guess it takes too long to deliver food at the window with nobody else in the store) was the only one with a decent personality. Come on people! You work with the public. If you do mot know how to speak to people, find a different job. Your $12/hr isn't that bad. 🤷‍♂️

The speaker where u usually place orders at a fast food restaurant is out with a hand written letter saying pull to the window. Once you get to the window u will sit there. No one will come. U can lightly blow your horn but it won’t help. The people there do not want to work! Lol I’ve never seen a business as big as Burger King tan like this. Never going back and wasting my time again

Their intercom was broken so I went to the window and was not greeted. Gave our order in a specific way to make my daughter's #2 with ketchup & mustard only. Get home she has a big gob of mayonnaise all over her food . Before we leave the parking lot check to see if everything is in the bag no sauce for other things ordered no so we have to wait an additional 10 minutes. I'm down here from Tennessee and I was not happy with the service I received.

Burger King has got to be the worst fast food place in da parish. Everytime I go there (which is not very often) they never have anything I want to order ,especially there shake machine. Then I could be the only customer in the drive thru or inside and you still have to wait 30 mins for your order and when u get it it's always wrong and when they give you the right order it's cold and nasty or burnt to a crisp. I don't know how they are still in business tbh.

This Burger King needs completely new everything.. Management, employees, store remodel, the whole 9 yards. I've seen this store ran by one manager(no employees showed up) , ALL DAY AND NIGHT and the drive through was pretty busy. Seen this happen like 3 times within that same week. That was about 2 years ago. The only thing keeping this place running now is the entertainment you get riding through the drive through, listening to the order taker (loaded) mumble over the speaker, and being pulled around the store for your order, NO MATTER WHAT YOU ORDER. *By the way, don't do this while hangry bc they will pop off with an attitude at the slightest sign of attitude from you lol Reminds me of when they first opened after the storm.

This place hours that are unpredictable. The web states 1am. Hi have went at 9:30 pm in the last few week restaurant was open. Went today restaurant at 9:30 pm staff stated they are closed. The staff is unpredictable. Someday you get great customer service however most day is horrible. I try giving it a chance every so often, praying the staff changes or I run into the pleasant staff.
