Friendly and got my order quickly! My onion rings were not cold and soggy like other locations! My Whopper Jr was good. The lettuce, tomato, onions, and pickle were fresh!

I called back and I was decent in the beginning until the manager never offered an apology. I thought the customer is always right and I believe I am right there is a big picture of the original Italian on their menu board outside and she said it was my fault for not specifying, I got a crispy Italian. I didn’t order a crispy Italian. I ordered the Italian which is the words given on the menu instead of apologizing and trying to make it right she got into a big fight with me and got me aggravated and told me to call her manager in the morning she was the manager at this time , I think she needs some better training their slogan as you rule but you don’t rule you get talked down to and told that you had done everything wrong and it’s your fault for not specifying more details again I ordered exactly the words on the menu and got something else

Great staff, they're under staffed as it seems all the fast food places are in the area so they have to close the lobby and operate drive thru only. Ownership should start paying better wages to these employees and they would have less difficulty finding and KEEPING staff. It's not the 1990s any more. Pay people what they're worth and you'll have plenty of happy staff.

This has got to be the slowest Burger King I have ever been to. The car in front of me had left for what seemed like 10 minutes while I sat a the first window just waiting to pay. I don't know if the person on the register in the drive-thru was a new hire or not. If she was give her time. Don't want her to get in trouble. Just slowwww.... Got to the pickup window and waited forever there also. Finally got my order. Oh yeah, they left out some of my order, of course. Went inside and the manager was nice. Nothing ba to say about her. I think she's expecting too...When traveling I expec prompt, correct service. Good thing I checked my order before I pulled off...

We had a nice dinner. The food was good, Staff was really nice and the restaurant was clean! Way better than our last visit a year or so ago.

Drive through was steady, dinning area was not. There was a full staff and the service was awful and the entire restaurant was filthy. Food on the floor behind the counter and in the dining area. The drink machine was dirty. Completely gross! It was 3:30 pm so lunch rush was definitely over.

They were slow as molasses there. We were the only people in line & 3 people working there worried about one drive thru order. We waited over 10 minutes & the another person came up to the counter, who had pop & he waited longer than us to get the rest of his order. We then left. Poor service!!

This BK is horrible!! I don't recommend anyone eat here. The employee's here are Extremely unprofessional & disrespectful. I would give this BK ZERO stars if I could. My bf thought he dropped his Driver's Lic. in the parking lot a week before, so we figured we'd stop &see if maybe someone turned it in. We had walked in separately; I went to the restroom &he went to the front counter. (The employee's didn't know we were together) They didn't have his I.D, so he went back to the car. When I was in the restroom, a male employee came in the ladies room, starred at me for a second, & started looking in the stalls. He said he left some cleaning spray in there... inappropriate no matter what the reason, but hey... A few employee's were in the lobby when I came out, looking out the window, pointing towards our vehicle. I asked them what they were looking at lol &they told me this crazy story about MY boyfriend -not knowing I am HIS GIRLFRIEND!! Wow smh SOO much to work on here when it comes to the employees. Lol idk, maybe they need more or better training or something.
