Very disappointed, they charged me 39 cent for a setting sauce, my sandwich was full of a red greasy sauce. I asked and she asked me if I wanted my money back without hesitation. Now I see why the place it's so empty. I would not recommend it to everyone.

I have been here before the food is decent. However Management is a bit too strict. An employee made a mistake with my food and gave it to someone else, Management had the customer stop eating the food and throw the food in the trash. (THERE ARE PEOPLE DYING OF HUNGER, THERE ARE HOMELESS PEOPLE WHO CAN'T FIND FOOD, EATING LEFTOVERS OUT OF THE TRASH, HER RESPONSE "I DON'T CARE) This is just fast food from Burger King this isn't going to make your health better for eating it. Alot if this goes in the trash at the end of the day. Not a happy Customer right now I understand that this is her doing her job. However I felt that was a bit overboard.

Never had a bad experience. Almost a regular here since I go to ShopRite and pick up a quick bite. Staff are friendly and the food is good. Sometimes though, the soda machine doesn't work right. It has ice but the flavor of some of the sodas don't taste like soda.. more like sparking soda. Hit or miss.

The food takes so long to prepare despite the constant empty drive thru Secondly the staff are extremely unprofessional & rude Please train your staff better

Got bbq sauce but no nuggets. HOW? i only ordered that and a burger with a bottle of water. You put in my bbq sauce but forgot the nuggets. DONT EAT HERE

Very very bad customer service Z all (morning & night shift) member are very rude . They even don’t know how treat customers. Please seniors management tell you employees that we are buying the food not getting free .

Picked up a whopper meal for someone at home. I ate an onion ring on the drive home. Yikes. It was not good. Tasted like pure cooking oil. They said the juice was weak and the whopper was not good either

I’m an Uber driver who was picking up food for Uber eats. I sat here listening to the employees speaking in Spanish admitting that they gave someone else my order and the one employee told the other employee reprint the ticket and to give me the one they were supposed to give the other person. This issues causes drivers to get penalized for delivering wrong orders to customers. They did not know I spoke Spanish so I spoke up and told them that I will report this if they didn’t give me the correct food for the order. This is a serious problem. They’re unorganized here, everyone arguing about what order goes with what. 🙄
