Was no line service was awful manager was rude and please God don't take a gift card in and try to use it here. card machine won't take gift card but debit and credit go right thru.
The impossible Burger was so good! We also bought whoppers and fries. It was all good and the FF were fresh.
Kind of scary been here about an hour and it 3pm. There it 2 cash registers sitting out in the open full of the daily cash. Tons of people coming in and they literally could walk right out the door with them...was shocked!
Wow!!! Just went to the new Burger King on Bankhead Hwy. I have stopped going to BK because it always SUCKED!! However since this was a new store you'd think they'd be on top of their game. Well they aren't!!! Just as nasty as I remember it being years ago. Whatever happened to to great burgers with the char broiled taste???. Will not ever patronize BK ever again.
I always have good service at this location. Tonight my order was taken by Matthew. This young man was great!!! Happy, smiling, great attitude! He had me pull up....no biggie...it was less than 2 minutes later here comes his smiling self with my order and 4 cookies for the wait!!! Exceptional service!!! Give this young man a raise!!! Hope you see this Matthew!!
terrible customer service, terrible quality in food along with missing food ideas multiple times. when complaining to the manager, she acts worst than an employee would. would most definitely recommend driving the extra 3 or 4 miles to the next burger rather than spending your time at this one
The service was fine, and the woman who took our order was polite and accomodating. I went for breakfast, and I ended up half way finished with my food before the coffee was ready because they ran out right as we arrived. This location is also out dated. It feels dirty because of the age of the floors walls and tables. The location really could use some light renovation to bring its facilities up to the usual Burger King standard that you would see in a newer building.
I work close to this place. It is easy to drop by and get food when I am super hungry. The last two times it had been really bad. Last time I said I would never go back here but yesterday I thought well maybe that was just a bad day....nope this place is horrible. I ordered a burger onion rings and drink. I didn’t order cheese burger on purpose cause last time it was not warm at all and cheese was just laid on it and to top it off still had part of plastic wrapper on it. Yesterday the burger had cheese even though I didn’t order cheese. It was cool and cheese just laid on top. I would go to a store and get crackers before I ever go back here again. Save your money.
