Breakfast Menu "Burger King" Carmichael

Food was a bit messy, item was left on my burger that was supposed to be off.. it happens. But that was all irrelevant due to the customer service I received when going through the drive thru. I didn’t catch his name, but whoever was taking orders and handling the window yesterday afternoon had the most outgoing personality that I’ve seen. Singing through the speaker, contagious smile, super nice dude. The kind of person that naturally puts you in a good mood when you’re having a bad day.

They do not answer the phone anymore... I mean, my order is on the screen, written out in plain English! If what I see is correct, how on 🌎 do you still manage to screw up my order evertime?? This time I know that I received the order of the person in front of me...I know because I read it on the screen, (you know, the one that was implemented to get people's orders correct) yet your employees still manage to mess up. Plus, your drive thru person was practically incoherent, I'm not kidding. You should do random drug tests too, just saying...

Slowest fast food I've ever been to. You order then sit for 5 minutes waiting for a response. Don't waist your $$$$$$.

At lrast on the day I was there, management seems to be above normal, as well as the employees. They seemed to actually care about doing a good job, unlike so many other BK locations. The place was clean, staff polite and provided good service, food was made fresh and correct. Burger was good, fries were hot and crisp. I wish more BK's operated like this one, that is a rarity, amongst the chain.

It was SO, SLOW! I don't know why people think they're worth more than they're being paid when they aren't worth getting paid at all. I am a fan of BK, but this owner needs to be on site.
