Staff were reasonably polite. Food was made as-specified (I had alterations to several of my menu items) without any issues. My only complaint (and not really a strong one at that) is that the drive-thru was a bit slow. It wasn't unreasonably slow, however, and may have simply been due to a lack of staffing on the day I visited. Such is the nature of fast-food franchising.

Don't go past 3 P.M. Apparently the line cooks don't know how to read an order. I repeated my order twice, then I heard this girl in the back asking what my order was again. I got a "spicy" chicken sandwich with no spicy sauce, place is a joke. Not the first time this has happened.

I just came thru the drive thru with my mother around 6:20 this evening to pick up some food for my parents. (A double cheeseburger and 2 medium fries) There was nothing wrong with our order but I would like to complain about the person that felt it was appropriate to correct the lady at the drive-thru... in front of everyone. Should NOT have happened! I run a local business... I never correct an employee in front of the public like this lady had happen to her. The person that was yelling at her needs to be trained on how to handle things differently and effectively correct staff... there was a better way to get the point across. I felt bad for the lady at the drive-thru. She's always been super nice.

Went in to get get dinner. They asked for here or to go. I said here, and I was charged the tax for eating in. Then, about 5 minutes later, this nasty 12 year old manager said that we had to leave because they were closing. I added a photo of this horrible manager. The woman who waited on us was so nice. Too bad she has to work for such a nasty person like Kaya Fleet. A 12 year old should not be a manager!!

Got chicken nuggets and fries; the drive thru people were nice, the person at the window had cool piercings and dyed hair, the fries were the freshest fries I have ever received from a place in my entire life, as were the nuggets. They almost forgot the sauce, but we all make mistakes and I forgive them. 10/10 visit will return someday.

Several times a month, when returning home from Michigan, we always stop at McDonald's for breakfast. I suggested that we go through Burger King because I like the bacon and egg, cheese croissants. We went through the drive-through, and I clearly ordered two bacon, egg, cheese croissants with a Diet Coke and a Dr. Pepper. When pulling up to the window, the wife and I discussed the price, which was like $7+ or something. Upon coming up to the window to pay, I asked about the order, and the cashier said she only got the two croissants and two drinks. I asked if she could add two hash browns to the order. With a very short tone and an unusual look, she responded with, "You will have to pay." I told her that was no issue and handed her another $5.00. After receiving a Diet Coke, I waited for the Dr. Pepper. The attendant looked at me funny, so I asked for the second drink. She said, "I didn't give you one already?" I explained that two drinks were ordered, and she rushed away and returned a short time later with a drink. When we pulled away, the wife tasted her drink, and they had served her a Diet Coke. She had to go inside to exchange her drink. She got back in the truck and said, "We should have gone to McDonald's. Positive note, food was delicious.

first time coming here. messed up my order and almost put pickles instead of onions on my whopper. jalapeño bites are delicious, and so is the food. staff seemed pretty nice too.

The food was good but the frys were cold when we got them
