We stopped in since we're on a 4hr drive hoping for FAST food since that's what the drive through SHOULD be,NOPE 30 min. Later we FINALLY got our food only to get it all COLD and the soda was flat! We will NEVER be back,this place should be shut down!
The staff ignored anyone in the lobby. Anyone who wanted something had to yell to get their attention. I had to cancel my order because it was taking to long. Other customers were complaining at the time of the wait being over a half hour. Unfriendly staff.
The General manager at this location should not be in the position she is, she ignored me multiple times and when I did talk to her she left the entire store without saying anything! A lot of the employees I’ve talked to say the received little to no training at this location! The wait is LONG and I mean long even when no one else is there it will take way longer than it should. If I were you and wanted Burger King I would take the extra drive to Shawano or even Green Bay!
Horrible experience! When we walked into this burger King, there was already a line of people waiting to get their order taken. After the line grew a little bit more, someone finally showed up to take orders. After all that we waited over 15 minutes to get our food. But not before watching 75% of our order sit under a heat lamp while they work on drive-through orders before finally completing our order. At this point, I am getting upset, and when I complained, the worker was very rude. Not only will I never come to this store I am debating on crossing burger King off all together. There are to many choices in restaurants to deal with such unprofessionalism.
One of the best Burger Kings around! Staff is always very friendly and kind! I am immediately greeted upon walking through the door. They are always very polite and respectful. The food has always been fresh, fast, and hot every time i’ve visited. The lobby is cleaned neatly, and stocked well. The employees are always wearing gloves and very sanitary. Will be stopping again! 5/5 stars; do recommend!
Extremely Slow not very friendly staff. One person working doing everything. Use to be my best stop on Fridays but after this experience I may have to rethink my choice.
Your basic Burger King, so you know what to expect. They might want to fix their sign. I wonder what they do in their "Dinning Room"...well, lots of dinning!
Staff was friendly. Food took a bit to come out. I believe possibly understaffed. Food was hot and fresh but our order was incorrect. Would go back to give another try.
