Waited 20-25 minutes for an order of fries and a burger. My husband finally told the young girls in front to lite a fire underneath the guy back there, (Just a saying, he was moving ever so slowly)he was just walking in circles. There was no one in line and just 3 cars outside. They also did not start the fries when he ordered so he had to wait when his burger was ready for them to start some fries. Food was good but service very poor.
Filthy bathrooms, dining room unkempt, understaffed, manager says he handles 3 BK stores, this one is way out of BK standards in every way (except the manager who seems stretched to the limits)
Was not busy at all usually places like this, the service or food would not be fresh or good. Today this place was fire. Best whopper I've had in years and fries. I'm stopping here everytime I'm passing through just to eat here. Thanks again for the great service. I didn't get the employees names but both where great.
Food was very good. They were short staffed. Only 2 workers to make food. They deserve a raise for doing a great job with so many orders. Cashiers just stood watching the cooks instead of helping. Cashier didn't even give me my cup after I ordered. She called my number and my food was on the counter. Cashier had me wait to give me a cup for my drink. I spent 1 hour total from the time I walked in until I left. No issues with food but they need better management to make service more efficient.
Dump. The bathroom is horrid. Left a commercial soap upside down at the sink so not getting dirty is impossible. The inside and outside are run down and feels like I'm gonna get stabbed. We were the only ones in the restaurant and it still took 30 minutes to get burgers and fries. Also, pretty sure the AC is on the fritz, so be careful in the summer. After all that wait... burgers are super greasy, fries aren't fully cooked and greasy. Go to Taco Bell next door...
Why would anyone eat here the parking lot is filthy. Then you go inside to take a break and the dining room is filthy. The bathroom is filthy after the bathroom we were done. I would not eat here I'm pretty sure they don't wash their hands no soap or paper towels in the bathroom. Whom ever own this place it really needs a good cleaning and overhaul. I am incredibly disappointed in the restaurant especially being in a post COVID time.
An absolute horrid of a place! We waited almost 20 minutes for food. The dining room, if you could even call it that was a mess, a homeless man came in and helped himself to free soda, twice! Another man came in with his young son, about 5 - 6 yrs old, ordered some food and sat in the back of the restaurant. He got on his phone and between the two of them on the phone must have used the F word in front of his young son more times than I can remember. We finally received our food and decided to eat in our car. I tasted the fries first, YUCK!!! Disgusting, tasted like the grease hadn't been changed in a LONG time, my wife bit into her burger and spit it out!!! This place should be shut down, NOW!!!
Was there today. No ice no napkins no ice tea. Bathroom was disgusting. Homeless dude outside enterance. Overheard employees saying “homeboys” ordered and they should fill the order then delete it! Giving away food to their friends? Have have no words that could help. Good luck
