Wasn't bad the guy rush to fast and forgot my ketchup. I wasn't planing to go back and get it , so had to eat without and oh no napkins they didn't put in the bag good thing we had paper towels in the car lol

I love Burger King! I just don’t care much about the staff forgetting or touching my ice cream cone with there finger’s . They don’t wear gloves and put they hands on everything you eat. I really wish they would do something about this cause I don’t trust people bare hands

Got some food through the drivethru and the cashier told me to wait at that window. I asked why and she told me the managers yell at her if she lets people pull forward. They don’t want people to pull forward because it affects their times. Really, the managers should figure out why their times are bad so they can run a normal drivethru instead of yelling at their employees. When I told the manager not to yell at the cashier for their poor times, he got extremely confrontational and continued to yell at me as I pulled away. Foods fine, but the managers are terrible people.

Not able to stand, I asked for chair, then dragged heavy chair to near exit line, out of way. As I was leaving, an employee yelled at me for not putting the chair back. (Another customers had her 8yo son move it.) Atmosphere was employees yelling at each other while ignoring customers. - I like plain Whoppers, bought 2. As good as usual. - Sign on door advertised 20 Mozzarella sticks for $8, not on menu. Sticks are quarter normal size, so 20 is 1 serving. Not awful, will not buy again, would rather receive 4 normal size so cheese-to-breading ratio is correct. 2023‐07‐08

So couple of weeks back my wife and I went to Burger King to get ice cream.. She asked for a cone I asked for it in a cup. I paid for it through the app when we got to the window they handed us 2 warm cups one with the cone upside down both completely melted as if they had made him the 1015 minutes while we waited in line to pick up our order. What I when I asked the manager to remake them he grabbed them and said no they're cold and headed him back. See the attached pictures at what they consider frozen what they consider frozen Ice cream that's acceptable to give to their customers and tell them that is all they get. I miss the days before the pandemic when restaurants and fast foods treated customers decently. The manager should be ashamed of himself for stealing from customers like this

Went through the drive through for food a little after 8 and there was only 1 car in front of me that was already by the pickup window. The lady at the order sign made us sit and wait several minutes before taking order. After paying I pulled forward to go to the pickup window and the pay lady and the pickup window lady both leaned out of their windows screaming at us about pulling forward without them telling us too and screaming something about a "timer" and how we messed it up. They then refused to give us our food at the pickup window and made us pull around front to wait for someone to come out. After waiting several more minutes, a 3rd lady came out with our food and forgot to bring our drink and had to go back in for it. This was extremely unprofessional being yelled at for "messing up their timer" and frustrating as it took over 20 minutes to get through the drive through with only 1 car in front of us that had left by the time we paid. The car behind us they also yelled at and then they drove off from the pay window (I don't think they got their food, just left without it). I hope the manager/owner of this franchise sees this and corrects their workers to hopefully prevent this type of behavior from happening again in the future.

Got that new big Mac copy. Was very good. Also the playground was huge and the kids loved it. I would have given 4 stars but the toilets were backed up when I took the kids to the bathroom. So the fun ended there.

Not the Burger King I remember! No taste of flamed broiled n my opinion. Lettuce was all wilted and brown. May have caught it on a bad day but I won’t be back!
