Thank you Burger King for having the Impossible Burger! For the first time I can eat with friends at a fast food restaurant. Being a vegetarian for 40 years makes it difficult to eat when you're on the road and need something quick. A baked potato at Wendy's has been the only thing I could eat. Now BK has the Impossible Burger. It's perfect. Thank you! The stores are clean but they all need a spruce up. Just kind of drab after years of heavy use.
Went to this location, walked in and not a customer in sight! For a good reason! The people that work here probably get paid Pennie’s because there is no effort to make the burgers edible. When I looked at my burger, the lettuce mayo and some other sauce was so over saturated the cheese slid right off. Management needs more of a presence in this place or pretty soon this place will be out of business.
Below this revision is my first review: I visited again and had a much,much better experience. Staff was cheerful and friendly. Fast service and went above and beyond. They get the most imposed award. Great job! Initial review: Went in at lunch time and drive thru line was so long that I decided to go inside. I was fourth in line and yet it took more then 10 minutes for the woman to take my order as she was helping the lady at the drive thru window even though she seemed to be doing just fine on her own. Apparently only the drive thru customers matter to this restaurant. The other two people in front of me were just as aggravated as I was by being ignored and left to wait. They need more counter help. As far as the food: the double cheeseburger was great but the chicken fries were awful.
Just looking from outside you would think Burger King was closed. Only by going to check if the door was open I realize ok BK was indeed open. The heavy window tint and a smoky sky gave a false impression. I was hungry so everything tasted ok and there was zero lines.
Never again you manger have bad customer service the build is never open on time as well
The woman who works the drive thru at night is the most pleasant! She always has a wonderful demeanor, and after getting off a late shift, it is great to deal with a nice person!
Idk if it is me or if the location is that bad. First i order a milkshake with oreos a few months ago and I hear from the lady's chat with others that they ran out of oreos but they never told me anything and gave me a plain chocolate milkshake.. they didnt even have the courtesy to tell me they ran out of it.. just handed me a plain chocolate milkshake. Their sodas are super thin and has more carbonated water than the flavor, I customize sandwiches in the app and not once have they followed instructions. Finally I order the ghost pepper nuggers and I get plain nuggets.. that too.. after waiting 5 minutes in the parking lot for "freshly made" nuggets drenched in oil.. idk what they think about the customers but I now know why they don't have anyone in their drive through while the wendy's have a crazy line going on. I don't usually write negative reviews because I always feel it is a one off but these guys are consistently messing up orders.
The Tater tots not that warm the only is warm is the French toast and syrup but their HIC fruit punch is better than their terrible nasty weird sodas.
