My teammates and I came in after a cross country meet and experienced wonderful service from the staff. The staff were all wonderful and polite! Specifically one employee, Amber, was above and beyond. She was extremely helpful in correcting my order. I didn’t catch the other employee’s name but he was very kind and took the time to talk with us about our meet and how we did. The food was hot and fresh also. My teammates were all talking about how good their whoppers tasted.
Only car in the drive through and still waited nearly 20 minutes for one burger and fries. After that disappointing wait imagine my surprise to see a spot of mold on the bottom bun. I ate around it anyways since i was in too deep at this point and i had no time for any other food.
The kid that was working the window was rude and didn't act like he wanted to be there. Had 2 orders with a coupon for each. He refused to honor both at one time ( never had that happen before) . I paid for one order and used 1 coupon. After the sale was complete I drove around to the order box and he refused to take the other coupon even though it was a totally new sale. Won't be going back there and in Blair they really need the customers!
Please just close this location down. No cars in the drive through, 1 car in parking lot (assuming 1 employee?) and pulled up to drive through and was told "one moment please". Just kept driving right through to McDonalds.
Great DM is working there to help alleviate the fact that no one wants to work. Very short staffed. But the 3 who were working are rock stars.
Went to the drive thru today for just a ice cream cone! One simple cone! I was in a hurry so I didn’t expect it to take so long. Two other people ordered after me, ordered more things, and they got their things before me. I tried waiting for one cone and over 10 mins had gone by and yet no cone. Ended up leaving without the cone. Terrible service.
Don't bother. Even if they did have employees, they wouldn't serve you. So bothered they were when I arrived before close that they ignored me. Technically, I can't rate the food, but I'm assuming it would have been low effort and not well made.
Took 20 min from payment/get drink to get food, management needs to staff more than just 2 people on a Saturday afternoon.
