Service was pretty quick and not unfriendly. But, fries were old, buns dried out, lettuce gooey, condiments on sandwiches mostly non-existent or maybe the moisture just sucked out by the buns. Showing these things to an employee left them thoroughly confused as to why I would have preferred fresh food, as if they had never eaten before or knew what they were serving.

Went through the drive through and used my debit card, Sunday September 24. By the time I made it to my destination the girl who i gave my card to. Stole my card number and tried to steal $400 from my account. My bank promptly sent me a fraud message and shut down my card. BEWARE! That was the only place where I used that card on that day!

I placed an online order during normal operating hours and it was not busy. The lobby door was locked so I had to use the drive through. After waiting 15 minutes in the drive through. I was told to pull around front where I still had to wait an additional 5 to 10 minutes. The cars behind me were directed to do the same. They made us wait until every order was completed and brought them out at once going from car to car asking who ordered what. I has chicken fries and mozzarella sticks but no sauce. The food was cold. The two stars is because the workers were polite. For future reference, they should give the courtesy of informing the customer that it's over a 20 minute wait (before taking their money / cashing out the order) and let them decide if they want to stay or not

I choose BK because the food is usually fresh and hot. I use the drive through most of the time, but yesterday I came in. OMG flies everywhere dead ones on counters and tables but WORSE a dead ROACH on the lid dispenser! Also this employee sneezed into her hands, wipes it on her shirt then goes back to serving food. Management has poor attitude and it carries down to the employees.

This place has the WORST customer service!! That lady that works at night is rude, rushes EVERYONE, and very mean to her employees!! BK really needs to do something about her!! She pulls everyone around to the front so her timer doesn't show she has us waiting as long as we do. It's been like this for a while. But, BK says have it your way. I guess they give their managers there way too!! Sad sad sad!!

Couldn't understand them when they talk. Speak soft even at window. Plus we had pay 27 cent for Sauce.. wow

The new girl Jennifer on night crew is amazing girl she makes sure the customers are taken care of she will work in all areas food is always and her customer service skills are amazing she has really turn around the opinion of going to bk at 2395 pass Rd now as a customer I will return and say it's a great experience for fast food😘💯

Food is ok, but the drive thru window staff needs to be replaced with people who can at least say good morning and greet people instead of barking demands through the intercom.....
