I do not like to leave bad reviews, I have managed fast food I know the toll it take on the employees' bonus checks. This has gone on long enough, not that we eat here often, but this will be the last time. Even though the have meals listed as 2 for 10, apparently they have to tell them you want that promotion. 🙄 . After having to wait for the employees to come to the window, as we could hear several employees laughing and playing. This includes one running to office yelling "WAIT I NEED TO GET MY PHONE" whom also looked me in the eye while there wasn't anyone else at the window, then ran back to the kitchen area after retrieving the phone from the office. By the time the employee made it to the window, reentered my order (to adjust the price to 2 for $10), and explained to me that Burger King requires that one asked for the promo because BK loses so much money on the promo, and another employee "mixing" the milkshakes, my food was COLD. I'm not sure what has happened to the management here but this place has gone down hill QUICKLY! 2 days ago we had gone to the attached BP, employees were running around in what looked like blankets playing around. I'm not saying work shouldn't be fun and it is "only fast food " but just a hint of professionalism would be greatly appreciated! Also there was something that looked like bacon in the drain tray for the fountain drinks. If I could post pictures, I WOULD! Overall the lack of a sense of professionalism, COLD food, & unmixed shakes.... this place is a JOKE!

The staff was extremely rude, and had left the drive thru window open, and was being extremely loud, and making fun of me, & cracking jokes about me. I will be contacting the manager in the morning. And the ones doing it, that were supposed to be working the drive thru, wouldn’t even come back over there, they sent someone, who didn’t know how to do the job. They were completely rude & unprofessional. No wonder they get so many complaints. I do not recommend this Burger King.

The food was good and prepared quickly. Ordered unsweetened tea and had to wait several minutes for someone to acknowledge me at the counter so I could get a refill. Server was friendly, just felt like there were too many people in the back and only 1 in the front.

When you order food with No lettuce it means with No lettuce.... i ask twice and was assured that it had No lettuce.. Called manager when I got home. She told me to bring food back... really

They had better thank God that I didn't take pictures. The place is just plain dirty in appearance, the crew was arguing amongst themselves, and the grilled chicken salad that I was waiting on for several (more than 6) I know for sure wasn't fresh because by the time I got back to college at MECC, the chicken was rubbery and the lettuce had SO much black that I had to pick through it and eat the least disgusting parts. I don't know if they just don't get many salad requests or if it was just a bad day, but I would not look at that salad and send it out to a customer if I worked there. The franchise owner of that store needs to let me take him/her through their store and point out some upgrades and staff changes that need to be made. I'm no professional consultant, but I'm a very vigilant consumer and I'm not likely to visit this location again until I've been assured that improvements have been made.

The order I brought home was not even close to what we ordered. I had to call twice (the first time someone picked up and hung up). They offered a replacement of course, but no apology. While I was waiting I could hear the cook saying he remembers the ordered because I asked for extra "pickers" and the steakhouse doesn't come with "pickers". Still no apology for getting the order 100% wrong. They just were more interested in closing for the night.

My family ate there last night and it was really good. Compliments to Jennifer (I think that's her name) I'm sorry if incorrect she was sweeping and took our order. She was very kind and provided excellent customer service. You don't see that much nowadays. Thankyou you jennifer! I also informed her manager as well for great customer service.

Went to BK at Big Stone Gap. 15 minutes to get my order.Slow cooks Not that many customers. Other staff were opologetic and offered free drink or something of my choice. Excuse was 8 min to cook chicken. Cook needed to loose some weight so she can move faster.
