I never write a review unless there is a literal point to do I went there at 11:30 it says it closes at 12. The lady at the drive-through says what can I get for your order I told her my order and then she tells me the kitchen is closed…………. What you mean your kitchen closed you you are a fast food restaurant it pretty much microwave no one really cooking.

Chicken nuggets used to be good. But I’m pretty sure they now use squirrel ankles instead of chicken.

Recently ordered a double stacker and 🍟. I received 2small burgers and 🍟. I was charged $13.00. A double stacker costs $3.99.Of all the times I have been to this location I have not one(1) time received the correct order. I do not think that anyone there speaks English, because when I bring the wrong order back they look at like I'm speaking jibrish. They give me a corrected which is still wrong.🤢🤮🤯🤬🤬🤬🤬

Blood on the bathroom walls with used hypodermic needles on the floor. The food is made well here but just about everything else is repulsive

I ordered 2 lg fries, 2 jr whoppers 1 Italian chicken sandwich with extra chicken, pickup at drive thru, pulled up, 1 whopper missing 1 fry missing. Went back in, she gave me another whopper and fry, she had to charge me for the whopper because she only charged for 1. I get my food and receipt , she charged me for a fry but I already paid for it, she gave me money back. Get home excited to try the Italian sandwich, guess what, no Italian sandwich, she gave me chicken sandwich covered in Mayo, this was a very bad experience. Never again

Upgraded my meal to a large so i could share my fries with my son. Besides the fact that a large drink here is far bigger than anyone should ever need, i get home and open the bag to find my "large" fry is barely half full and my burger is ice cold (i live 4 mins down the street)

Burger King must be a terrible place to work since there was only 3 people working the day I went in. And it was all about the drive-thru, they were all burnt out seeing a customer in store. So might has well close the store since the dining room isn't important. They proved that when I tried to get a drink and all the soda was just soda water, awesome >:( They need to rethink their business model cause, bad food at bad prices with bad service is NOT the way.

I deliver food..fast food on Elliots st. has a line 20 cars long every night and you can get through in less than 20 min.But not Burger King Rantoul. Ithas got the slowest cooks or maybe only one cook or maybe the boss only wants them to make it when you arrive.. but it's ridiculous there will only be 0 to 5 cars and its so slow.. Needs to be 2 cooks at dinner to closing. Everytime I'm there someone leaves the line cause they get tired of waiting for FAST food and they go to the other place instead. It's way too slow. I keep seeing the service people changing but they are not the only problem. I would've mentioned this to the boss but these days some people are too sensitive and get upset with constructive criticism that would help their business. This business could be doing so much better. I offered to buy whatever food of that lady that left before she got her meal. It was French toast, noticed it was a bit greasy so I let it sit on the bag and the bag was saturated, it soaked up.Disgusting.
