No frills, no thrills just a Whopper with Cheese. Can't go wrong. Staff is very friendly, always in a good mood.
The high rating is cause BK is low key the best spot to pick up bagged ice. It’s half as expensive as the cheapest option anywhere for a larger bag of ice. It’s often not displayed on the menu but it’s available at every location. Aside from that I have huge issues with just about every Burger King closing about an hour earlier than advertised. If it weren’t for the ice I’d be giving 1 star.
Please teach your employees how to make orders correctly this is the second time my order is missing items.
Is never stocked up on condiments. Buy yourself a 10 piece chicken tenders for $1.00 and wait till you see the container the barbeque sauce its in. You're probably lucky if you dip your first two chicken tenders at all. It probably costs this Cermak & Oak Park Avenue Burger King more to pack the barbeque than the barbeque itself in the container. You don't get a receipt, unless you ask for it. They're just probably trying to save the earth.
Worst burger king ! , I came in on memorial Day, 2023 around 4pm ,lazy workers talking about how they wish they had the day off, and they gave me attitute throughout my whole order! , so rude , unproffesional and not enough training! , not coming back ever again!
Customer Service was great. Easy ordering and friendly. Cashiers were very pleasant to order from
Lazy workers close more than 45 minutes early because "they don't want to deal with the drive thru and lobby" there was literally no one there and I was outside knocking on the door from 930 til 45, then walked through the drive through and the guy acted like I should've known to walk up. He said "oh I'm the only one here, i dont want to deal with both," and then a lady walked up from right behind him. Lying to try and cover his laziness. I'll probably never come back. Too lazy to take orders from non existent people in the lobby.
This is the third time I'll come here. Trying to give this place a chance. Your food is cold. The service is terrible. I'm not going back
