ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! pulled up to drive through. Was told to hold on so I did. Another car pulls up tp the second lane ans they jump to tale their order. Then when they finally come on and I go to place my order I'm told it's going to be a long wait because the car that ordered before me had a big order. Even though they should have taken my order because I had been waiting. I told them that and they went quiet and then took the second car in the other lane. I mean do they just hire anyone? Or is the management really that poor! Used to love going to this one because it gave good customer service. After today though I'd rather go to McDonald's because they have way better customer service. And not even a mile apart. How is it McDonald's can find better staff? This location needs to shut down permanently and all the employees need to find jobs they can actually be trained right at other wise they will fail at life because their job failed them.

It says open til midnight, we placed an order online through the app and got here at 6:45 only for then to be completely closed, doors were all locked and no one in drive thru.

What a joke! Pull up to the drive thru speaker and am asked to wait. There was nobody in line. Not sure what I needed to wait for. There was literally nobody in line in front of me or in line inside. Workers should be embarrassed! Definitely not worried about quality service. Then I ordered a biscuit and was told at the window they were out. Also ordered a large hash brown and received a small. When you have no customers it seems like you could get the one order you do have right. Pathetic. No wonder McDonald's line was so long. Everyone knows not to come here. Needs better management.

Staff is super nice and work really hard. 3-star review because the place is WAY UNDER STAFFED. 5-stars for the workers, 1-star for the owner/manager (or whoever is in charge of the staff #s). As other reviewers have mentioned, EXPECT A WAIT.

On our way home on a long trip and paid over $30 for our meals and they forgot half the order when my husband pulled back around they asked for a receipt for proof and they never gave us one. So they had him come inside and they were VERY rude to him and didn’t give him everything we were missing. Never will they get business from us again.
