I waited 10 minutes at the speaker for someone to address me. Then mistook my order, didn't tell me a total. Told me to go to 1st window, rude lady screamed from 2nd window. Upon moving to 2nd window, the order was corrected and the rude employee(s) argued that I didn't order 2 meals. After paying nearly 40$ I got a bag with 1 fry short and 1 drink short. Drink was fixed with 80% ice mix. Great 2 sips of diet coke and fries speckled in black bits and burnt leftovers from oil that hasn't changed in months. The whoppers were pitiful the chicken nuggets tasted like a$$. I threw the fries out the window and awfully sad no napkins or straws. Can I get my money back? Seriously, worst experience ever at a BK lounge. Needs new ownership and management. Awful.
I ordered two snack wraps, the honey mustard and spicy. They were ok. The chicken strip was small and they load the tortilla with this horseradish type sauce. This makes it kind of messy. You taste this more than anything. The service was good and quick. I can really appreciate that. They need to clean the drink and condiment area.
I order two kids meals with BK wrap, the fries are to die for but the wrap was cold. I didn't receive two orange juice with my order and king hats. Then I took my kids to the playground area. It was filthy. I have pictures that I would like to attach. I won't let them play if they weren't desperate to walk around. I regret my 20 dollars that I spend in this facility.
We had a 3-year old granddaughter’s birthday party on 6/10/23, and it was GREAT! She loved the crowns, and play place, and of course the nuggets! Lilly, the general manager, was AMAZING! The staff were all friendly and helpful too. I love that we had our own room where the kids could run around. I highly suggest setting up your party today!
I ordered 2 original chicken sandwiches and added cheese and tomatoes. I get one with tomatoes and not cheese and the other one cheese and not tomatoes. Cashier isn’t paying attention, Manager screaming all over the place. We have to clean are table Yeah…. This place Definitely needs to be organized better than what it is. customer services with an bad attitude.
Ordered 2 whoppers and 2 large rings. Specifically asked for ring sauce and of course did not give me any. To many places to eat around here. Please pay attention to your customers. The burger buns were hard as a rock...Where did your quality go?
I came through the drive through and from the first guy taking my order and payment to the last guy handing me my food it was a wonderful experience. Everyone was so nice and pleasant.
We went through the drive-thru for breakfast and we got the croissants bacon egg and cheese with hash browns. The drive thru staff was very helpful, friendly and double checked our order before handing it out the window.
