Avoid this location at all costs. I stopped by at 4 p.m., and it definitely wasn't the dinner rush time yet. I figured I'd be in and out of there in 10 minutes at the most. Boy, was I wrong. It took them 30 minutes to make my chicken sandwich meal. While I was waiting, I watched the manager throw away 4 sandwiches basketball-style. Maybe he's missing his true calling.
I normally go here all the time an have rarely had problems. However today 7/15/23 I noticed the girl working the drive through taking people's frys out of their box and eating them as she was bagging the drive through orders. When I mentioned that she shouldn't be eating food and handling others food at the same time. Her response was.... Yeah. This is absolutely disgusting. An a quick way to lose customers.
I usually don't like to do negative ratings but I feel this one needs to be said. If you want a fast grab a meal restaurant don't come this burger king. It was 23 minutes from the time I ordered food for myself and my family until my number was called for pickup. The meals were thrown together poorly and messy and the atmosphere in the back from most of the workers was they didn't care how long it took or how well they did. Just there for the pay check.
Waited almost 30 min before I even ordered in the drive through. When I finally got my food it was clearly old and dry. The lady at the window was rude. Also got no “sorry for the wait”. I’ve worked at fast food places and so I understand when places are busy but to not be apologetic and then to get my food old, experience was terrible.
Very disappointed. I was in bemidji for a sport event. And decided to go through the drive thru and no one toon our order for 30 minutes. No one was in the dining area. Seems like y'all need better employees. A car ahead of me drove off because of the service. So FYI don't go to this place to eat. Worst ever. Even our team bus showed up and it took the 45 minutes which was insane. Poor service
Drive through was terrible. We waited 7 minutes in the drive through even though we were the only customers at the location. Said hello and they asked order when ready. Then when we did nothing happened and we pulled up and saw the workers just laughing and laying back
We arrived around 9 at night. Timing wasn't bad, but a drink was forgotten. I assume they were short of staff at this time.
I came in to get food for supper and had to wait over 25 mins and your employees in the meantime were answering their own personal cell phones and the receipt machine was down and everybody that was in the drive-through when I pulled up already went through and I had to listen to your employees talk about how they wanted to go and drink after work.
