I went today and order the 2 meals for $14 and 3 spicy chicken sandwiches, total was $37 and cents. I paid then I search the prices online for the spicy chicken Jr and it didn't make sense so I asked the lady that took my order what spicy chicken sandwiches she charge me for and she charge me for the spicy crispy chicken sandwiches. I nicely told her I that asked for the Jr spicy chicken and before I finished my sentence she cut me off and said to me " there is a $17 difference and you're not able to tell that you're paying a lot" and left, I was going to keep the ones she charge me for. I was only asking her about it but since she was extremely rude to me I gave her my card and asked her to refund me the difference. She told me that I had to go to the back of the line and there were like 5 cars behind me. I did not move because she kept my card. The spicy chicken sandwiches didn't had the sauce either. I don't know the lady's name but she was caucasian and heavy probably around 230lbs.
My lime Powerade clearly had no syrup in it. Tasteless and colorless. My fries were cold, as were my chicken fries. Maybe this place keeps going up in flames bc it should go away. Wait was way too long for cold food. What a waste of money.
Employee at window had the personality of a brown wall. No smile. No thank you. Tomato still had Rhine on it and so did the pickle. Hard to bite through when this is how its served.
Their Iced Mocha & their customer service are super! Usually enjoy one 2 or 3x/wk! Sandwiches not so much. I tried Big Fish & Crispy Chicken sandwiches on 2 different occasions. When I specifically requested fresh they were both very dry & cold. Unfortunately I won't order another sandwich from their ever again.
Saw the fire 15mins after we ordered. Talk about flame broiled. We trust you guys are okay👍 🙏
Havent gone to this location once without them forgetting parts of my order. I just take the L and call it a day. Not worth time making a big deal about it.
My burgers were definitely not fresh or even warm. The bun was stale and if there was bacon as ordered it was one tiny piece. The person taking the order sounded as if we were annoying him by placing an order. He did however tell us which drink was which as he handled them out so he got two stars instead of one.
This place is FILTHY! The toilet paper in the woman's bathroom is sitting on top of the holder not even inside the container for the toilet paper could come out, you literally have to pick up the huge roll of toilet paper and manually take off what you need. Men have used the woman's bathroom there's urine all around the toilet, the floors are nasty. The condiment counter is disgusting there's ketchup dirt everything spread all over. The machine pop machine was out of ice it took up to 30 minutes to get it filled with ice the people behind the counter are rude like you are bothering them. And the food is always microwaved even when you ask for it fresh so I do not suggest going here.
