Wasn't really happy about this stop. Short staff dinning room closed do to that. I would have to pay for a refill. So now since there short staff I loss what is free. I was told I would have to pay by the manager. Food and how they handled it was still in good behavior.
Very clean bathroom which is a wonderful testimony to the kind of fast food place this is. We had already eaten but I would definitely feel comfortable eating here after seeing how clean they keep their restrooms. My wife said that the ladies room was clean as well.
Prices are high!!! Ew get the same amount of food at McDonald's for literally half the price. Need better deals on the app!! Very clean restaurant. The staff is Awesome!!! Especially Mandy she went above and beyond. Thank you.
Ordered mobile at 11am showed up at noon and the place was in free fall. Employees yelling at other employees. Manager yelling at employees and customers. The Mananger told the drive thru employee to tell customers the computer was updating to slow down orders. A complete dumpster fire!!!
Shoutout to the Manager at bellefonte, had a missed french fry in my to go order last week and was surprised to receive coupons in the mail for a free meal. Great job and thank you!
For my dogs 13th Birthday, I decided to share my Whopper with him. He doesn't eat unhealthy delicious human food. I made an exception, because he won't be around much longer. Was diagnosed with a tumor last year on his b-day. 😔
I wouldn't even give you 1 star. Google says to give you some credit. I ordered 4 BACON double cheeseburgers with 2 md fries. My receipt clearly states extra bacon. Clearly your hole in the wall can't read. Also, my family puked up your burgers. Thank you.
If I could give this place a negative star I would. The food has always been good and the manager has always been super nice. The problem is with certain staff. You better know what you want when you go in there because Alonna gets frustrated if u ask questions and gets annoyed probably because she had to get back to her drive thru. The second time we were in there this same girl Alonna forgets a hash brown and I said about it and instead of getting it she stands there and wants a confrontation about it. I know what we ordered and she then stands there and makes a scene in front of her manager. She then rips the tray out from my hand slams it over puts a hash brown on it and slams it down on the counter. Had I not been with 2 other people she would’ve been giving me my money back. She clearly needs to go to some customer service classes or some kind of anger management class. I did have a discussion with her manager before I left and a phone call to the office will be next. I understand there is no help at places but there is no excuse for rudeness like this.
