Typical BK fare. No ice cream items, so no milkshakes The usual fast food ambiance. 8 minutes for our food. Huge parking lot, but maybe we parked in the nearby church lot by mistake. A small group was observed having a calm social occasion in the BK parking lot, and no consumables were observed.
I ordered breakfast at the drive through at 10:03 with only 2 cars in front of me. At 10:37 I finally drove off because I hadn’t even made it to the window to pay yet. Service is completely unacceptable and I refuse to pay for terrible service. This place has gone down hill terribly in the last year. I won’t return, they won’t get any more of my money.
The staff was excellent. Taking the time to talk with my client, who was developmentally disabled. The restaurant was a little messy, but otherwise good experience.
They serve burgers all day (it's on the menu), yet I had a drive-thru person argue with me that they don't. That being said, they should turn the broilers on upon opening yet rarely do, so if you order a burger during "breakfast time" be prepared to wait 10-30 min for them to heat up the broiler and cook your food. If it's on the menu, they should be prepared to make it when it's ordered.
Morning crew manager messed up my sandwich. After waiting 18 mins for my order to be corrected, the dirty person working the front counter slammed my bag down and told me “to get out of my store.” Absolutely unprofessional. And yes, I am contacting corporate.
I want to say thank you to the lady at the drive thru window who showed me nothing but respect she didn’t look at me like she saw a ghost because I’m black like everyone else does in this little down she held a conversation and she made me feel very welcome . Thank you for being so kind . Thank you for your kind service idk her name but she was working on 3/30/2023 at 6pm she’s amazing and I hope she sees this . You never know who needs some nice words and she was my nice words for the day . Thanks again. And food was great too fresh and hot
We went through the drive thru and they were ready to take our when we pulled up. Order was ready when we got to the window.
Talk about the absolute worst service possible! Rude employee why should I be surprised though a rude immature GM as well! Grow act ur age and maybe you could keep help along with customer's!
