This location has truly fallen below standards, the last two times I’ve been there the manager seem to truly hate her job and have an attitude with someone else ( me and my grandmother) cuss her out under her breathe thinking we couldn’t hear her and then when I bring up the fact that she got a simple order wrong ( a chicken sandwhich with no mayo ) and when brought to her attention she says “ I’m not going back to change it “ what type of customer service is that? If you hate your job or yourself then go find a job that’s meaningful to you and that you’ll take pride in . Simple as that, I won’t be coming back here again & it was truly the sorriest experience I’ve ever encountered at a fast food restaurant .
This location is slipping. I have been very surprised by the service that I have been getting has hands down so much better then other Burger King locations in the area. But the pat few weeks as been horrible. I have had to go in and get my drive thru order as that as my you to pull out front to pad their scores and then forget to bring you your food. And you wonder why Burger King is failing and closing locations. I will not be back. Chick-fil-A has cornered the market on service with a smile and not failed service with an attitude.
I sat inside to have lunch here. The food came out slow because the employees were arguing with each other about which window the girl told the customer to pull up to in the drive through. It was loud and long enough that I wanted to tell them quit protecting your pride, move on and do your job. The food was fresh and had good flavor and the restaurant was clean.
Burger Kings fries are pretty good! I wish i could say that about their nuggets though, when i was little i would put them in the fridge and have them the next day, its sad the nuggets tasted exactly the same after 12 hours of being in the fridge. They never mess up my chicken sandwich order (plain) so that's pretty nice.
Breakfast is my favorite meal to have,so when I see something called the ultimate breakfast platter, I expect it to be just that! No where near it!...not even close!...just remove the words,ultimate and platter and you have just breakfast...in a box...with two small bacon and a square egg....under your three small pancakes......🙄😒 I thought it was a joke.....looking around,looking for cameras because it had to be a real reason,why everything was looking like a child had put this food together....never again....sticking to what they do best here....breakfast croissants. Leave the real breakfast platters to the pros...and we all know who....no need to say any names starting with an M. ✌🏾
Went to Burger King today they had me to wait, so I assume I was getting fresh food. Fries were hot, the burger bun was old and hard on the ends, the lettuce was old, I’m pretty sure it was made earlier and just thrown into my bag. I’m not a beef eater, I usually just get mozzarella sticks, and today I decided to try a whopper.Never again.
Apparently it's very hard to make a burger.. ordered 2 junior whopper meals with cheese. Had to wait some time.. thought my burgers would be fresh. But they were stone cold. Tasted awful! Fries weren't any better. Just a huge let down overall..
Fast food has no patient's anymore... This is why cook outs are better... Do you really trust the grill?... After covid we're still eating out, after employees use that dirty bathroom. I can only imagine what women see
