Service here sucks, expect a 10+ minute wait for any order you place no matter how simple. Employees also come off as rude and sarcastic when talking to you, overall bad experiences go to any other burger king

Under staffed!! We went through the drive-thru and were told to pull up front to wait for our food, which was only two meals. We proceeded forward only to be stuck in a line of four other cars, so there was nowhere for the car behind us to go when they were done ordering. We then proceeded to wait another 10min before they bought our food out. We will definitely not be going there again. The staff that was there was very nice but stressed out.

This location has been horrifying for years! All aspects are horribly bad .. doesn’t matter what or when you order it will just be bad! Go elsewhere to spend your hard earned money .. there are plenty of other Culinary options that have stepped up in their service. Not to mention all the newly opened restaurants. This BK needs an entirely new top management even new owner, regional mgr., district mgr., GM and so on because after all these years no one has cared to step up and make a difference! I actually go to other towns for BK and so does many other people. Bad all around in and out! Just an eyesore at this point, wish they would close down so we could get a new restaurant option to move in ..

Normally i dont write reviews and this actually might be my first. tonight i waited half an hour for a mobile order. i went through the drivethrough and was told to pull around (nothing unusual at this location). my order was 8 nuggets and 2 large sides. i watched FIVE other cars who pulled around get their food before me. 3 of which were there after me. after half an hour of waiting, the woman comes out to inform me they dont have any onion rings (one of my sides). i asked if i could get a second fry instead (since i paid for two large sides). i was given a small. id rather drive to shelton at this point.

This is hard to write. Unfortunately I can not place stars. As my 30min wait was terrible how ever the girl in drive threw and boy working the front were trying there absolute best I felt terrible for them. Costomers were around the building backed up. And there were 3 Cooks in the kitchen that spoke no English and they couldn't communicate what they needed to them. There boss/manager should have never left them like this. Honestly I would have locked the door if I were in there shoes. Its ashame

What an awful experience. Not only was the ice cream machine supposedly broken, I was refused a refund for the milkshake I didn’t receive. The lady at the drive thru window proceeded to spit on my windshield. If my kids weren’t in the back seat I would’ve been swinging.

This place takes care of drive thru orders to keep there clock time down and completely ignore inside orders. I'm waiting 15 min in lobby for 2 sandwich and fries and watched 7 cars get there food out the window so far and I'm still waiting. Four workers 2 in kitchen one at register on personal phone. Never again will I come here. I suggest if your hungry go to McDonald's.

My french fries were mostly small pieces and tasted like dirty fryer oil. My ten piece nuggets weren't any better two nuggets from the same bag, one is crunchy and hard and one is pale in color and looks undercooked so it tasted like soggy breading and had a strange taste to it. Not sure why we attempted to get this BK since anytime we ever ordered through Uber eats half our order wasn't given to the driver and one time we drove there and sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes when employees were inside and no one helped us at the drive thru. They have gone DOWN HILL!! Definitely not even worth the 5 minute drive to get there just for disappointing food, it's a waste of money.
