Very unhappy. The man on the headset was very rude and unnecessarily argued with me about what “a few” means. I ordered the chicken wraps and they’re inedible. Drowned in sauce and the lettuce looks like it should’ve been thrown out last week. A complete waste of $10 and terrible customer service. I will never return to this location. 0/10
We stopped yesterday 9/22/23 on our way back to Akron Oh. This is the cleanest BK we've ever been in with a very interesting interior that we haven't seen in other BK's. The staff has it decorated for everybody's entertainment but primarily for kids for Halloween and it looks great. The day manager was very helpful and polite as well as the senior gentleman who keeps the tables, floors and rest rooms clean. As usual we had things "Our Way" and weren't questioned or given a hard time about the order.
Here's my barely warm burger with cold, not melted cheese. No straw for the drink. Service was friendly.
The food seemed fresh. But the service left a little to be desired. You’re going to charge me $.30 for a small glass of water? But give 2 adults a crown… No, you should keep your crown, it probably cost more than $.30 to make it.
Very nice BK! Looks good inside, is very clean and cozy. Staff was amazing. Very fast and kind. Thank you, we loved our Impossible Whopper.
Went through drive thru enjoyed that classic crispy wrap they had since it was actually good chicken. Just went through again for the same thing and it’s now chopped up chicken fingers in the wrap. So gross.
Terrible service, didn’t get half my items. Showed them the receipt, the guy manager said go somewhere else because it’s not their problem. He was super disrespectful and should be reprimanded.
I have had crackers with more moisture than these whoppers. The past 3 times I had to throw away the burger because it was so dry. Not to mention it took 22 minutes to get through the drive through with only 2 vehicles in front of us.
