My experience at Burger King today inspired me to create a public list of places with the best vibe. Today, the gal working in the Burger King window at 5:05 pm was such a pleasant human to interact with. It was easy to order (with a coupon and extra pickles and extra mustard : ) and she was very sweet. The entire process was simple and sweet and I appreciate that. Aloha customer service has been stellar the past few days. Local business are lucky to have these people working for their companies. This BK is no exception. This is not a place that I usually frequent. However, I received some coupons and they seem like a great deal. I’ve shared that coupon code in the photos. It’s good until April 2, 2023. It was very easy to use. Do use the coupon. You just drive up to the window and say “Hello : ) I’ll be ordering with a coupon today. Then they will in someway ask you for the coupon code. And you give them the number located on the upper right hand corner of the coupon. Then you proceed to give them your order. That’s it. It’s important to let them know right away the number of the coupon you’re using. Was the food crazy delicious? No. But they did make it exactly how I wanted it and that made it better. The fries 🍟 were a little cold, but that’s OK because that makes me eat fewer of them. 😋
Ordered two whopper juniors with extra tomatoes. Both were ice fold with no tomatoes. Went back through the drive thru and all they did was what tasted like a microwaved oattie on an ice cold bun. Aren't the buns supposed to be toasted or at least warm? The oerson that gave me the food both times in the drive thru gave me the food and slammed the window closed both times and never gave me a chance to speak. I just wanted a receipt and was denied. I'm unbelievably upset and will not visit this location again. Bad food and service.
Terrible customer service, happy to serve you cold food and then call you a liar when you tell them its not hot. Not even luke warm. I firmly believe that you should only be handing out food that you yourself would enjoy eating. LAZINESS AT ITS FINEST. Contacted corporate and they seem to have no issues with the employees pushing away customers… SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND CHOOSE A DIFFERENT LOCATION 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
I go there about once a week. I really like it. It's quiet and clean. Not too much noise. Not a lot of people and they have a video game. Really nice place and I think the food's great
I've lived in Beaverton for over 25 years, and needless to say, I've come to this BK many times over the years. I've seen several iterations and remodels, and even was there for the infamous $0.99 Whopper days. But time for the review. This BK is in a central location, has great outdoor lighting, clearly visible from the street an even allows you to get in touch XXL bike lane to turn so you don't have to show to much traffic down. Both internally and Externally, it has had a pretty recent remodel. The outside looks fine and clean enough. I will say though, that I personally feel that this parking lot is weird and overly bumpy. But plenty of places to park. I think they could use way more defined lines for parking spots. The drive through is standard and it's set up in a way that it won't interfere with actual dining traffic. The internal dining room is fine, nice and bright, and seating for probably 40-50 people. It wasn't too dirty, but they were in the middle of seeing when I walked in. So there was a pile of dirt that was visible, as well as the fact that they were doing an excellent job maintaining the cleanliness of the location. A funny part of this location, is it's restroom signs. For both the men's and women's restroom, they have a funny image instead of the traditional boring image you'd find at most other places. The men's room was, to my delight, in a very clean condition. I was impressed actually. The only problem was the speed of service. They were clearly busy, and like most fast food places, always, always, always, understaffed. I ordered 2 sandwiches, chicken nuggets, a pie, and 2 drinks that I could fill myself. This took like 15 min... Anyways, I'll probably come here again, but keep that in mind when visiting.
It's the first time we came back to BK since the pandemic. We ate in and it's such a disappointment. The burger was stale and cold but the fries are excellent. Should have gone to Shake Shack, but it's out of the way. That certainly will be our last visit at this joint.
Do NOT order the taco. Second time I tried and second time I couldn't take a bite it was so old. But the rest of my food was ok and people were pleasant in drive thru.
Pretty sure the menu picture showed mozzarella oozing from this burger, I have no idea what this even is. Did they deep fry the cheese circle fifteen times? Do they do this on purpose or have they been trained poorly? Lifetime, I bet they have screwed up half of my orders and have never answered the phone once. I don't write many reviews, positive or negative, but this place is poorly ran.
