The manager, Monica, runs a well orchestrated restaurant. She annunciates her directives to her subordinates at the correct volume, which, as a customer, one can rest easy knowing she is actively directing and controlling quality of customer service and food preparation. Monica ensures the restaurant is maintained neat and clean. Monica leads by example as she actively tends to customers by personally taking their order, if the rest of the associates are busy, and delivering the orders placed directly to their automobile. She is like a friendly and efficient "Tasmanian Devil" of Burger in Alamogordo, NM. Thank you, franchise owner(s), for having added Monica to your team.
Walk in the doors and be greeted by a very unpleasant food smell. If that doesn't turn you around and your just too hungry to care, check your bag, it should be missing at least 2 items. The oil they cook the nuggets and chicken patties in is as old as Noah burning everything! Just an unpleasant experience.
Specifically ordered the new chx sandwich on an everything roll, no tomatoes….. and here’s what I got. plain roll (not even sesame!) WITH TOMATO! So now I not only have to check that I got everything on my order, now I have to open them to make sure it’s correct! So much for having it your way! Side note, the young lady? Working the pickup window needs to wash.
Every time I decide to get a flamed grilled burger here I regret it, tastless and gray looking ! The girls up front very rude act like it’s a play ground, everyone talks on the head sets to the point you can barely get em to stop flirting long enough for you to even start your order. First window never open And lastly the bathrooms should really come with a hazmat sign and a hep shot Bugs everywhere and a strange egg smell in the play area
By far the best burger king i’ve been too. Not only was the food great but the employees working there, top notch best of the best. Lisa, and richard “poppa smurf” best out there.
Service was good I have kids so of course they wanted to Play at the playground area and it was clean as well like I said good customer service food was good and place was clean so good job BURGERKING
I feel like I should apologize. Thank you to all the employees that had to deal with my scatter brain and lack of paying attention. You guys are awesome, and I’m sorry if I was a bother. Every one of you deserves the very best!
This place is disgusting! This place is infested with flies. So many we had to go out to our car to eat. Floor was dirty with food in most seating areas. Just an additional complaint. Food was cold, the cheese was actually dried to the hamburger. And to top it all off out order was incorrect!
