Food seems to be of a higher quality since it's under new management. They still seemed understaffed. Little bit of a wait. But big improvement from my last few experiences.
The pop was warm and flat. No ice available. Mr order was automatically upgraded to medium even though l said to give me whatever size came with the Whopper Jr. Meal. Burger was okay but room temp.
The food was great, hot and tasty. The wait at this location is terrible. The poor woman at the window was clearly overwhelmed, doing several tasks at once and barely getting by. I stopped going there in '19 because the wait was bad, and it's shameful. The owners seemingly can't get it fixed, and it looks like it may close soon.
Place isn’t clean tables all dirty, they don’t have ice for the pop machine so you have to drink a hot soda with a cold meal. Workers handle money with their gloves on and then make the food with the same gloves they touched the money with, health department would have fun with the way this place looks and how they handle food with dirty gloves.
Short staffed like every where but the manager kept yelling I love my job very angrily. Got my order wrong but I was afraid to tell her
The drive-thru service was very slow, for the little amount of cars in it. It seemed like the people working inside were having a long conversation, which held up the process quite a bit. The food was good as always and made correctly. 1 little hiccup won't stop me from coming here.
They are Under new management I felt welcomed my food was hot and made with fresh ingredients Becca is very understanding and friendly
Doubt anyone actually reads these, but multiple times they've forgotten items on a order, they lock their doors come lunch time to force people into the drive through, it's ridiculous. Thanks for robbing so many of your customers because of your lack of work ethic. Just do everyone a favor and close up shop if you can't compete with everything else in town. Your crew is disgraceful and would fold under the real pressure of hard work.
